I had booked in for my Renault for a…service
I had booked in for my Renault for a service today , I was called and messaged left day before stating my service was at 8.30 and not 1pm , I called to check and was told it’s still for 1pm , on arrival I was then told it’s at 1.30 and would take just over two hrs . Not the best experience , unfortunately this was no good to me especially as when I called I was told it would take around a hour. Cancelled appointment . Waste of 3 hours of my time and money . Avoid them .

Straight-forward purchase
This purchase was very straightforward as I had already pinpointed the car I wanted and the price and I was a cash buyer with no trade-in. However, the salesperson was very polite, helpful and not pushy in terms of extras I did not want. She was also very helpful with the necessary documentation. It was easy to get a test drive.

Dan was very helpful from the first phone call and arranged for me to test drive in a quieter area of Plymouth as I’m not from the immediate area. This small gesture was greatly appreciated. I really cannot leave a review without thanking the wonderful valeting team who serviced my car. Although, I purchased a used car, to me it’s a new car and my goodness, it looked immaculate!
