Just brought a nissan qashqai from vertu Northampton
And could recommend them more.Paid a £99 deposit to reserve my car which was refunded. I live 68 miles away so could not get to see car for 5 days because of work
Commitments but no problem holding the car for me.
When me and wife got there we were greeted by William Gilbert he's a great guy offering us drink and he knows a great deal about the cars. I was given the key to look at the car and we had a really good test drive.
Part exchange for my car was sorted no problem.
New car was cleaned and ready for pickup 2 days later

Could not be happier with my dealings…
Could not be happier with my dealings with Vertu. Friendly and easy to talk to, and took time ( not that a lot was needed ) to go through what I was looking for and also my trade in. Great deal struck on my old and purchased Juke with no fighting over trade in price ( be honest with your on line valuation when it comes to condition).
Love the monthly service plan , saves me worrying about finding large sums of money for annual service.
Again would recommend Vertu to anyone

Vertu Northampton made it easy for me…
Vertu Northampton made it easy for me to buy my second hand Mini. Ashley handled everything for me from start to finish and was great and very efficient to deal with. My car was delivered to my home address and I have been very happy with it ever since. I would certainly use Vertu again.

Bought two Nissan primastar vans from…
Bought two Nissan primastar vans from Vertu Northampton . Our salesman Sam Jewkes was excellent . We didn’t go to the dealership ,he found us two identical vans at the best competitive prices. All paperwork , transfer of funds, insurances even our own private number plates were handled by Sam by e mail. Fabulous communication, we knew exactly what we had to do and when . Vans were delivered to our door, Sam arranged for two couriers to bring them to us as we live three hours away from Northampton . This is the second time we have dealt with Sam and when it becomes the time to change them again we shall be giving him a call. We love our new vans ! Thank you Sam

There was a reasonably good choice of cars and I picked one from another of Vertu garages which was delivered a few days later. The salesperson (Will) was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and made the whole process easy for me.

Excellent customer service. All went smoothly with no problems. All staff are friendly and very helpful. It's not just the Nissan that keeps me going back, it is also the staff.
