Got to be one of the easiest car purchases. Dan at Silverlink was friendly and helpful and guided through the entire process (and managed to sell me extras I hadn’t intended !) Very happy with the car - and although I didn’t need the extra assistance the phone call following week to make sure all was ok was a nice touch.

the sales team, in particular Charlotte, were very helpful, listening to what I wanted and there was no pressure to buy. The car I was looking for was sourced from another branch and brought to site for me to view (at no cost) A decent test drive and overall good service.
I got a good deal on my part exchange and a good deal overall in my new car = happy customer.

The customer service from Jordan was first class from the initial contact to vehicle pick up .

My only issue would be the £250 refundable charge relating to my private plate transfer.This seems extreme however the reason was explained but feel that tarring every customer with the same brush seems unfair .I look forward to the prompt refund to my card upon your receipt of the V5

Chris Hargreaves was first class. He made my wife and myself feel welcome from the start. He listened to what we had to say, gave great advice and guidance and we never felt pressured. He answered every question we had so we fully understood our options and helped us choose the car that best suited our needs. We are delighted with it.

A brilliant experience from start to finish, Dan who helped us from the start was fantastic, he couldn’t do enough for us and made the transition so easy, I came away with a great new car. Couldn’t recommend enough there was no pressure and all the staff were so knowledgeable.

The customer service was excellent and very helpful in every possible way, everything was explained thoroughly throughout the whole process and managed to get my new car very fast.

I’m extremely disappointed with the level of customer service I’ve received since purchasing my new car. Initially, I was excited to be buying a brand new vehicle from what I thought was a reputable company. However, the experience has been far from what I expected.

The first issue arose immediately — the car was delivered damaged straight from new. While the dealership did repair it, there was no offer of compensation or goodwill gesture, which felt quite dismissive considering the circumstances.

More recently, the car has developed a constant beeping noise from a sensor, which makes driving both irritating and stressful. I contacted the dealership expecting prompt support since the car is still under warranty, but was told they can’t look at it until next month and won’t provide a courtesy car in the meantime.

It’s really disappointing to see how quickly the company seems to lose interest once the sale is complete. The lack of urgency, empathy, and customer care has left me questioning their commitment to their customers. I would strongly urge anyone considering buying from this company to think carefully about the after-sales support you’ll receive — because in my experience, it’s been severely lacking.

Absolutely first class service from start to finish. Salesman Dan was absolutely fantastic in everything he done to help me through the purchase of my new vehicle,With the little extra help from his manager I think was called David who was excellent in his input towards me securing my deal. I’ve never felt so looked after and reassured in my many years of buying a new car as I did from Dan and David. A 100 percent thank you to yous both and vertu motors for a professional experience.

Charlotte and the team at Vertu were exceptional at every stage of purchasing the car. I am disabled and they went out of their way to make me comfortable and the process accessible. The dealership has a lovely warm feel to it and nothing is too much trouble. I know they’ll take great care of us when I return to have the car serviced. Charlotte, you’re most definitely an 11/10!
