Saw my perfect car online. I needed a part ex for my van, no longer appropriate for my needs. Only problem? I live in Cornwall, and the car was in Peterlee!
I needn't have worried.
Harry, who was handling my purchase and part exchange navigated all of the steps. Everything was completed, smoothly, and easily online. Professionally, guided me through every stage, which I have to confess I was really apprehensive about. I needn't have worried. An absolute fantastic experience from entering the dealership to driving away my new car. I visited Vertu Hyundai Peterlee and was very impressed with the General Sales Manager who was very friendly, listening to my situation to then offer help and advice.
