Vertu Motors - Hyundai Bristol Arvostelua 

I had a really great experience at Vertu Bristol. Stephen helped me every step of the way, from reserving the car to driving it off the lot. I was getting my first EV and was very anxious as it was used and I hadn't much experience with EVs, but Stephen was very patient and answered all my questions (and there were a lot). I feel like the attitude at Vertu is very much one focused on good customer satisfaction and high quality cars. Vertu have high standards for their used cars and I was reassured by that. There was no pressure or hard sell tactics. I'm very pleased with the car and how I was treated. Thank you Stephen!

Purchased an Inster and Dominic assisted us through the process effortlessly, without fault ,with knowledge and with 5 ⭐ people skills. Helpful advice around cash purchase or finance. Instructive and patient hand over. Overall experience excellent and all staff polite and helpful. Good to see the site manager wish us well and thank us for our custom. Very minor negative point was slight lack of attention to detail in the pdi with adhesive left where plastic protection removed in cabin area which needed cleaning off at home.

Staff were friendly and professional the sales person Dominic who organised the sale of my new Hyundai i10 was extremely helpful.

Dominic made the purchase easy, from the initial enquiry to picking up the vehicle was easy. He kept us informed all the way through. All of the other staff we met were helpful as well. Coffee and tea good as well!

The representative Stephen Gladwin made the whole purchase very smooth. He had an excellent level of knowledge about the car and all information at his fingertips. He also advised on a wide range of options from finance to cosmetic and insurance.

Absolutely brilliant from start to finish with great advice and service from Tim Watkins who was able to convince me to purchase my lovely new car from Bristol almost 100miles from home instead of at a dealership locally… great salesman and a great deal for me.

I have to give a big thanks to Jerrol the man who aided me in getting the car i wanted he made sure that everything i needed was got and went above and beyond from the test drive to securing my car. A very helpful, respectful and down to earth guy. Also a big thanks to the sales manager (I didn't get his name) in helping me resolve a issue that was completely out of his hands and made sure there was no way I wasn't leaving without my brand new car!. We want to say a huge THANK YOU to Tim for being so friendly, knowledgable and supportive. We visited Vertu Bristol on several occasions to help us make up our mind about which car to purchase, and test drive the new Hyundai Inster. Tim really made us feel part of the Vertu family and was very welcoming. We visited one morning after a dog walk, and Tim allowed us to park at the back near the workshops so our car was in the shade and offered our dogs some water. Tim showed clear understanding, taking the time to listen to our questions. He had clear in depth knowledge of the Hyundai Inster having driven then car himself outside of work. Tim was able to answer our questions and demonstrate how parts of the car worked.
We were never made to feel pressured to make a decision, but were given all the facts and were even encouraged to go home and think to make a decision. This was a breath of fresh air, rather than being pressured into a sale. Cellan also helped on one visit, and was similarly welcoming and knowledgeable, explaining about the payment process. When we picked up our car both Tim and Cellan explained everything in clear detail, identifying their work days so if we have any questions we know who will be available. Thank you both so much. We would definitely recommend Vertu Hyundai Bristol to friends and family in future!

New car bought from Vertu Motors and got a great deal, at the promised time and with agreed extras - it all went very well. Much appreciated that Vertu organised the transfer of treasured number plate from previous car. Our salesman patiently guided us through each step of the process, particularly at the hand-over when he explained the latest technology on the car. Many thanks to all involved.

Previously I gave a 1 star to Bristol street Motors Bristol due to terrible service, communication etc.

But since then I have had everything sorted out by Neil Chappell, brilliant service from this man, he listened to my problems & the only person man enough to own up that the company had done me wrong, he also as got my diagnoses fee refunded.
I've only upgraded to a 5 star because of Neil he was the person that deserves this.
