Helpful Honda showroom staff at Vertu Newcastle branch. Went for a test drive of a vehicle. Good experience and useful information given about different models. Arranged a deposit for purchase. All staff provided promised updates and advice through to collection of the new vehicle. Would definitely recommend.

When collecting the car he ensured that I understood the controls. If I'm unsure about anything in the future I know that help will always be at hand.

A very straightforward process from start to finish. Adil Haq the sales assistant was brilliant, no forceful selling, just a very genuine guy. Took me back to the train station when I came up to test drive and picked me up when I came to collect. Its a shame that other garages I visited didn't offer the customer service that Adil offered, nothing was too much trouble. I would thoroughly recommend Vertu Ford Newcastle and definitely recommend asking for Adil.

Came to look at car id found online and was great by Natalie. Normally I hate talking to salespeople as there Normally pushy and full a bull#*t however Natalie was fantastic wasn't pushy every question I asked she knew the correct answear but I feel if she didn't know it shed find out correct way.
