Couldn’t fault the service I have received from start to finish, from Vertu Bradford especially from Jean-Claude and Richard, there was no pressure, no pushy sales talk. Assisted with my trade-in vehicle and reassured and kept me updated throughout the process. On collection day for my Megane, everything was straight forward no paperwork to sign just a couple off verification codes, fully shown around my new car and all settings. Would highly recommend

From start to finish of finding my new car everyone was amazing especially Alex Sorley who helped me every step of the way. He gave me expert advice right until the moment of driving away and a full tour of all my new cars features. I cant thank everyone enough and would recommend the company to anyone.

Our friendly & helpful salesman, Kieran, guided us through the process of buying our new Nissan Juke in 9 days. There were a few hurdles to be cleared along the way. The first was the delay on the part of the DVLA in getting to us the certificate required to transfer our personal registration number. That had a knock-on effect on our insurance substitution of vehicles. That in turn caused a problem when it was realised that Vertu couldn't set up temporary cover because I was older than 79yoa!!
Anyway, we got there in the end & my wife & I are delighted with our new Juke.

Great service

The team at Dacia/Renault Bradford were all very attentive and professional at first, UNTIL they received payment, in advance of the vehicles delivery, they messed around with handover dates, on handover there was no proper documentation or walk round of the vehicle, no enquiries whether we understand the charge procedure as its a EV, and very new to us .There was apparently a pack for the person to bring but they didnt bring them, I personally asked "shouldn't" there be some documents "no" is what I was told.
We had to chase up the missing policy information for an extra product (smart insurance), invoice for the purchase of the vehicle, and all other relevant documentation had to be chased.

Dacia/Renault Bradford took a car in part exchange and i had to call and email many times for them to untax my part-ex, every step has been myself or my partner calling and emailing with the promise of a call back or reply but nope again we must chase.
Currently I am waiting for service documents in order maintain the service history for the vehicle purchased as this was a part of our deal, but chase chase chase.

So now nearly two weeks after the purchase, I received a final settlement letter from a lender demanding the final payment for a car that was part-ex'd with them and this was something they are ment to do too. Again im doing the admin calling, emailing round because they are failing to hold up their end.

To sum up, Dacia/Renault Bradford seem to not believe in returning calls promptly or at all, addressing issues that a returning customer have regarding things they should have done already. Communication is shocking, seems like theres an excuse rather than a reason for the failings,I am entirely frustrated and will never buy from Dacia/Renault Bradford again and likely Vertu motors either.
JUST POOR SERVICE!

The staff were amazing from start to finish!!! Just browsing at cars and ended up dealing with the business manager who couldn’t help enough, handed over to Andy Whitbread and his colleague who from start to finish were another level. The small issues I had were resolved and attended to. The day of collection was a moment I will remember and treasure. Didn’t matter how much you were spending on car the service was the BEST! I got flowers, a sign and the car unveiled. The car looks amazing and I’m so happy. I will continue to use your services and recommend you. From the bottom of my heart thankyou so much for a wonderful experience

Both dacia bradford and dacia uk customers wont accept any accountability how much of a poor job a replacement antenna was fitted to my car they have simply stopped replying to my emails and promises of callbacks have not happened i will take this to the motor ombudsman to see a resolution. Sales person polite and helpful , manager was a bit pushy on trying to sell warranties & under valuing trade in. Overall service from sales person was good and helpful.

Easy seamless experience with friendly experienced staff. Love my new car and was very happy with the deal I got. I would definitely recommend.
