I am looking to change my car and I visited Vertu Motors at Worcester to investigate their range of BYD cars. I was warmly welcomed and introduced to Sharon Hardy one of the Advisors,it was a real pleasure to deal with her. I explained I was examining my options and that BYD was one of the makes I was looking at. She could not have been more helpful or courteous and did not rush me at all, even though I might choose a different make. Well done and thank you.

It is with extreme pleasure to highlight my experience for two employees of Vertu Worcester who went above and beyond what you would expect from most car sales outlets.
Primarily, Mr Andrew Russell, whose expertise and knowledge about purchasing a vehicle was exemplary making the whole process easy and understandable. Having purchased my previous vehicle with him it was great that he was available to negotiate my latest vehicle.
I would also like to mention Tom, who held the car that I wanted on-site much longer than would be expected to allow my funding to become available.

Very helpful with all aspects of buying the Mokka and selling our Corsa to Trade. No need for signing paperwork (except 1) all done with Two-step verification for each document. Much easier also the correspondence between the DVLA and Vertu making it easy to re-set the Mokka on My On-line account with the DVLA. All in All 10 out of 10.

I arrived this morning as arranged for my cars first service. I booked a sit and wait service as I don't live locally and the dealership is not close to any train stations. When I was booking the car in online these guys wanted an extra £7 to wash the car following the service. When I queried this I was told only people with a Ford have to pay. There is no mention of this when you book it.
I had booked the service 6 weeks ago, 20 minutes after my arrival I was informed that the parts required for the service hadn't arrived but would be in before 2pm (this was at 8.45am) I was told I would be kept updated.
At 1.15 after hearing a number of people question what was happening with their vehicles I went to reception only to then be told my appointment was an all day appointment and the parts still had not arrived. I assured the service assistant that the appointment was not an all day appointment and that I still had the message confirming this. She apologised and said even so the parts had not arrived. On this I asked for my keys and left.
On my way home I popped into BYD Kidderminster to see if they could do a service. Not only could they do it within a couple of days they are half the price of what Vertu Worcester were charging. I am extremely disappointed with Worcester.
I had purchased my car from them last year and to find you are not only having a completely rubbish service in a freezing reception but to know you are being ripped off in the process does not leave a good taste in the mouth.
I can only suggest anyone using this place for a service shops around first.

Dealt with Josh, who was very helpful. He let me test drive car at short notice and sorted everything out for me without any hassle to me. He very kindly even brought the car to my house. Thank you very much Josh. I love the car and have felt very comfortable driving it all weekend.

Right, here we go again!
Last March I purchased a Ford Tourneo Connect from Vertu Ford Worcester and the bloody car has been nothing but trouble ever since we got it. It's been back several times to their workshop and now yet again it's got to go back in for an engine management issue.
When I bought the car I purchased a 3 year warranty at the cost of £683 yet they are telling me now I've got to pay a charge of £114 for diagnostic services!
I'm really considering rejecting this pig in a poke of a car as it's probably the worst car I have ever owned regarding faults and issues. If I hadn't paid out nearly £3000 on adapting it for my disabled wife I really would reject it as not fit for purpose.
When I paid out the warranty money the salesman said - ' it gives you peace of mind' - what a load of rubbish if they are now going to start ripping me off for 'diagnostic charges of £114'.
I've left several reviews on this company but can't get back into my old account for some reason so can't add this crap review to my previous crap reviews.

Vertu Worcester staff gave very good customer care. However a long delay in driving our new car away was due to a technical fault between Citroen UK and the DVLA, over the road taxing of the vehicle.

Andy the salesman was helpful and informative, without being pushy. He allowed us a decent test drive before buying, was efficient with the purchase process, and once we'd bought the car he was very good with the handover, explaining all of the car's functions.

Good, straightforward service as always. The process was smooth and everything was explained clearly.

Having leased a hybrid Mercedes and being a little disappointed I was looking to purchase a car of my own but was unsure which brand to choose. I came to BYD after doing some research on the brand. I found my experience with the team at Worcester outstanding in particular Billy who had excellent product knowledge along a non pushy sales technique. My husband and I were immediately impressed with the service and attention we received. We wouldn’t hesitate in recommending BYD Worcester.
