I had issues with the card payment and reached out to the support team for help. Ashley attended to me with patience reassuring me my fund is safe. Got back my fund today. Great customer support, and swift response from Verto!

Recently I wrote a review about my experience with the Verto on trustpilot. As a result, the Verto promptly looked into my problem and the partially solved it. It is apparent that they care about their reputation and only a good company care about their reputation. Their customer service was relative better than other companies. There are still room for improvement and I believe as a company Verto is trying to do that. They could not give me complete solution to my problem and as a result, I stopped using its service, but I understand there must have been reason for it. I could not be a client of Verto but I wish them all the success and it is company that you can trust.

The team has been helpful with reaching out to communicate the steps in the onboarding process or when they need more documents.
The collection processes are seamless and they are transparent with pricing. Need to reduce the local bank transfer fees tho. Would recommend VertoFX any day!
