My recent experience with this vendor was extremely disappointing and frustrating. I placed an order on May 15th, expecting a straightforward delivery process.

Delivery and Notification Issues: A delivery attempt was made on May 26th, but I received no notification of this failed attempt. It wasn't until June 2nd, after realizing I hadn't received my product, that I initiated contact.

Poor Customer Service: Upon calling customer service, I encountered unhelpful and rude representatives who provided only curt responses. I was informed that the unit had been returned to the vendor and that they could not offer any further assistance, advising me to contact the vendor directly.

Vendor Communication Breakdown: I then reached out to the vendor, Venrnier. It took an unacceptable seven days for them to respond, and even then, it was only after I sent a follow-up email. Their eventual response stated the product was at a shipping center in Los Angeles.

Further Shipping Complications: I contacted the Los Angeles shipping center, only to be told that the product had already been shipped back out and was no longer in their possession.

Unacceptable Resolution: Calling Venrnier back, I was again met with a rude representative who seemed indifferent to the series of issues I had faced, particularly the failure of delivery. Without any discussion or explanation, she informed me that a refund had been requested. When I questioned why a refund was issued instead of re-shipping the product, her dismissive reply was that I would "probably have to re-order."

This entire ordeal has been a cascade of communication failures, unhelpful customer support, and a complete disregard for customer satisfaction. I will not be opting to re-order from this vendor. The lack of proactive communication, the rude and unhelpful staff, and the arbitrary decision to refund rather than re-ship make this a vendor I cannot recommend.

There site glitchs and charges you for unwanted insurance and signs you up for a $39.99 recurring discout program subscription which shows as a separate surprise charge days later. Then I called them they appologized and said they would refund and cancle the subscription. They lied and now I've been charged $39.99 three times. I had to dispute the charges at my bank and block them from charging my card. These scammers operate and bill you seperatly under the names vernshop co and serner company

Somehow managed to get my bank account details, been taking hundreds of dollars out of my account. Like, seriously?

No instructions, poor customer service, poor quality, deceiving photos. But good for a good laugh at the ridiculous purchase just made . Had to cancel my credit card as a second unauthorized charge came through 3 weeks later. Shop at your own risk.

I had the same experience as many others. I ordered shirts and what arrived was labeled 4XL. However, it was more like 2.5xl. They sent lots up order update emails that contained no real links to any information about my order. The merchandize was totally unusable. This is a common scam from China because many banks will not refund the money if you received merchandise. Also, many scams like this is to sell your financial information.

If I could give a Zero rating, I would. I ordered a GERD/sleep apnea pillow for my husband. A piece of foam was delivered (via Amazonn)...a total bait and switch. When I contacted Customer Service, I was told that I could not return it as it was a "personal item". I was offered a 50% return on my Credit Card. I went back and forth with them over several days. If my husband wasn't ill and I could devote time to this, I would contact my State's Attorney General's office, etc. Sad to see that Amazon is a partner in this.

within seconds of purchase, 3 fraudulent charges on my credit card for the same amount. Had to cancel credit card and get a new one.

The item arrived much later than the expected delivery date, and there was no tracking update in between. While the product works the whole experience was frustrating and not very professional.

Do not do business with this Company,it is a shame company. Never received merchandise I ordered and kept getting bogus emails from them that my order was on its way.

Got my pen from it and it works just fine as intended but I had them charge me 40 extra dollars not once but twice after my purchase and not only did they charge me but 3 other random ones also tried billing me 40 at the same time luckily I blew my money on actually important things for me before they could take it but actually awful tactics they have going on only reason they got 2 stars is because I got what I ordered but their shady practices drops the rating from a 4

It is not what it seems in the images when advertised! Purchased garden art eagle. Received some flimsy 10" metal bird that should cost $5 max at the dollar store, not $39 they charge with no assembly instruction. Asked for address to return and was told that I cannot return in! Even though my request is made within 30 days of receipt. Spent time calling and emailing. Was told that I pay to ship back and they charge 15% re-stocking fee what is clearly not wht their return policy states. Finally negotiated 50% refund as shipping back and re-stocking will come close to 50% loss for me as well. Will never shop from this website again! What a waste of money and time! Some resales of cheap Chinese items trap.

I ordered once from there, and they attempted to charge my card again without me placing an order.

Actually it’s a ZERO . This company somehow got ahold of my bank account information and started charging me some monthly subscription fee of $29.99 .
I have never even heard of these people. Contacted my bank and they filed a fraud investigation for me. However, I have to wait 7-10 days to receive a new bank card. SCAMMERS

What a sleazy business! I bought a small lamp that was described as stained glass and a wind spinner that was described as 30 inches.
The stained glass lamp was actually made of flexible plastic, thinner than a playing card and it arrived completely broken.
The wind spinner arrived bent. It was a flimsy version of a pinwheel on an even flimsier stick and was 30 inches in total height including the stick.
The listing claimed a refund in full if not as described or defective. The items were both not as described, and broken.
When I told Verniershop that I wanted to return the items and asked for a prepaid shipping label, they told me that I was responsible for return shipping, even though their return policy stated free returns.
There’s a reason for their dismal reviews.
I would advise anyone considering buying anything from this company. . . . . DON’T.

This place is an absolute scam should be closed down immediately. They do not send out ordered items and will give you string along false updates until you get your credit card company involved to dispute charges for your money back. READ THESE REVIEWS DO NOT BUY UNLESS YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A FINANCIAL WRITE OFF !

Actually, zero stars is deserved. I placed an order on 5/23 and received an email that the order had shipped on 5/27. On 5/30, I received another email stated that my order had been delayed because of high demand (even though it had supposedly been shipped already). Today, the company attempted to put another charge on my credit card. This website is a total scam and you should only place an order if you want to have fraudulent charges place on your credit card

Beware-this place is a Ponzi scheme at best, and operates Deceptive Business Practices on a daily basis. Will hit your credit card up for unauthorized charges ($39.99) for monthly ‘subscription charge’, stating that you failed to ‘uncheck’ this item when you submitted your order. They also initially added an up charge of $7.99 to my original placed order (#311739), even though I clearly indicated that I did not want the warranty. When challenged they did immediately issue a refund credit for that charge, but have never issued a refund credit for the sham $39.99 charge, even though stating to me on 3 separate occasions that it would be issued. It’s to the Attorney General’s Office from here!

I would go below 1 star if I could. I bought a thermos and then is was of terrible quality. I asked for a refund, they could only give 15 percent refund. They are not an American company-----they are China and sell junk.

As with all these other bad reviews, my experience is the same. So many red flags. I will be contacting my bank to get reimbursed. Am thinking they're operating out of China and passing themselves off as an american co.

When I ordered a Spring Market Wreath, they offered a 5.95 shipping insurance and guarantee. I declined it. They charged me immediately anyway. I called immediately and got it refunded. They said the item was in stock. It was not! It took 3 weeks for my sister in law to receive it. It was much smaller than they made it out to be in their photos. I was so embarrassed! They then charged me again a week later for the price of the insurance and the item itself. They tried to charge me a 3rd time, but my credit card declined it. I canceled the credit card and got a new one. When you call them, all you get is music. No live body. The BBB has them listed as a SCAM. I looked up the same item online and found it for $8.99 at Walmart. I paid $35 for something that is less than half of the size they made it out to look like. Run!
