I've decided to dedicate this review exclusively to the work done by Janine, my case handler.

I'm deeply grateful for her help in keeping me informed and advising me on the best course of action during this dispute with my landlord.

I'm also deeply grateful to Veritas Solicitors for their excellent service, which helped me obtain substantial compensation and my landlord's promise to complete the outstanding repairs to the property within the next 120 days.

I also thank Veritas Solicitors for their support and advice until the repairs are completed, which will be completed by the landlord within the next 120 days, as promised in the settlement agreement.

My case took a while but we got a result in the end. Very communicative and stated what to expect. it took quite a bit of work to get everything to them but really pleased with the result. Wish I'd of contacted these guys sooner.

This company was absolutely great. Their work was relentless and they never gave up.

Do not use them I started a claim against my landlord because if damp in my property due to repair not being done in my home amd the outside the facia boards being loose and causing the damp and mould also had a old boiler that no longer made parts for and were supposed to change as it was in the living room I had a surveyor come and do an inspection and noted a my issues and wrote a report. Veritas Solicitors then wrote me saying it was not worth them taking my claim so I thought that was done, almost one years later I had a letter saying they were going to continue with my claim and so I did exactly what they asked me to do. I tried to ketp my gile handeler updated on how the repairs were going and to i could never get a reply or speak with as she was always busy on another call and will call back wich dhe never did only hearing from her when she wanted pictures or ask me to chase up repairs.
we came to the end of the claim, and they told me it's no win, no fee, and all cost are covered by the other party. Well, I get a £1000 of which I thought was low but I accept to them get told I will receive £400 my file handler gets paid from my compensation

They are very thorough with their claims. They keep you informed with everything that is happening. Very pleasant on the phone. Quick results.
