I saw Dr Vepa silapov from instagram , I have been following him for a while , and I have seen his work on ig and his work is amazing and thats why I flew to Turkey to get my primary rib rhinoplasty done with him.
I'm asian and i had a thick skin. And I love my nose :)) and im happy it looks more natural :)
And i also got temporal lift and upper blepharoplasty and buccal fat removal , my face looks few years younger.
The coordination for the surgery was simple and easy , after I arrived in turkey I was picked up and brought to a nice apartment where I stayed before and after surgery.
There was no additional stress from having to find my way around or to make my appointments on time because all transportation was coordinated and taken care of the Dr office. The process of the appointments was simple between pre op , surgery and follow up.
Everything was explained well and they covered all my concerns. I have stayed in communication with the dr assistant (Zeynep) over the last 2 months and the communication has been great.
I would recommend Dr Vepa .

*My recommendation to others doing this in turkey would be to insure you have some turkish lira available there to pay for additional items because some credit cards not accepted. And also turn off your face recognition before the surgery because it will be hard for you to use your phone if your face recognition is on :) (base of my experience)

I had rhinoplasty and a mid-face lift performed by Dr. Vepa Silapov, and my overall experience was excellent.
Dr. Silapov took the time to explain the procedure, answer my questions, and set realistic expectations. I appreciated that I never felt rushed during the consultation process. The surgery itself went smoothly and he did exactly what I asked for. I showed exact photos of what I wanted and what I didn't want and I was very straight forward about my wishes. Throughout my recovery, Dr. Silapov and his team remained available to answer questions and provide guidance, which has given me a great deal of confidence during the healing process. When I had postoperative concerns, his team responded promptly and professionally. Although I am still healing and understand that the final rhinoplasty result takes many months to fully heal, I am already pleased with the improvements I can see. My facial features look more balanced, feminine, and youthful. I appreciate the natural approach Dr. Silapov takes rather than creating an overdone appearance. He is very talented with ethnic faces. I would highly recommend Dr. Vepa Silapov to anyone considering facial plastic surgery. His surgical skill, professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to patient care have made my experience a very positive one.

One piece of advice I would give to anyone traveling abroad for surgery is to bring a trusted support person with you. While Dr. Silapov and his staff provided care, having a family member or friend available during the first few days of recovery can make the experience much easier. They can assist with transportation, medications, meals, and provide emotional support while you recover in an unfamiliar environment. It gave me additional peace of mind and is something I would highly recommend to future patients.

Le Dr Vepa est très professionnel. Il a tout de suite vu les défauts de mon nez . Il a fait un gros travail . J avais une déviation de la cloison nasale une peau epaisse et un nez large au sourire+ une bosse également une pointe tombante et il a su le retravailler pour un rendu naturel . Le nez est encore oedematise mais c est de mieux en mieux et avec une peau epaisse le résultat est déjà très prometteur !!!!
