I have best experience with them.
I recently underwent sugery with doctor Phatcharasak kraisornphongsakul at ID clinic. My overall experience was excellent. Doctor took time to explain everything clearly and answered all my questions which helped reduce my anxiety.
On surgery day medical team was professional and reassuring. I felt safe and well cared for throughout the process.
After surgery the nursing team was very responsive and attentive recovery was smoother than I expected I received clear instructions for after care.
Results has been good so far, Lilia and Aya was very cooperative throughout the journey they were very professional. I would recommend this hospital to others looking for similar treatments.

Deep plane facelift and necklift
I had a deep plane facelift and neck lift at Quartz clinic, and the entire experience was very positive from start to finish. The process was very well planned, with everything running smoothly and on time, which made me feel calm and well taken care of throughout.
The doctor was highly professional, clear, and very concrete in communication. What I especially appreciated was their thoughtful approach, they suggested an additional procedure that I hadn’t originally considered, but which ultimately enhanced the overall result in a very natural and balanced way.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I have been dealing with Yasmina, and she has repeatedly failed to keep her promises. She continuously asks me to provide documents and payments, assuring me that she will send official clinic confirmation by email, but she never follows through.
So far, I have been asked for:
Passport copy
Deposit payment
Flight booking
Despite complying with these requests, I have not received proper confirmation. In addition, the price and refund conditions keep changing, which is completely unacceptable and unprofessional.
Please see her response from today below. If this is the level of service provided, it will seriously damage Bookimed’s reputation.
I am unable to call, as all communication is being done through a WhatsApp Business account, as shown in the screenshot.
I urgently need clarification and a resolution. Has anyone else experienced similar issues? I deal with Yasmina regard to booking with Carolina Hospital in Warsaw, Poland

Desde el primer momento estuve en contacto con Tetiana (coordinadora médica), que me ayudó a organizar todo el proceso y a encontrar una clínica adecuada para lo que necesitaba. La comunicación fue clara y rápida, y siempre estuvo disponible para resolver cualquier duda.
Además, hizo seguimiento antes, durante y después del tratamiento, lo cual da mucha tranquilidad cuando viajas a otro país por motivos médicos.
La clínica que me recomendaron también cumplió con las expectativas y el resultado ha sido muy positivo.

Absolutely not recommend
I would like to raise serious concerns regarding my experience with Dr. Sinem Singin Sezer.
First of all, her level of communication is extremely poor, and her professionalism as a doctor is highly questionable. A doctor’s responsibility is not only to perform surgery, but also to properly inform and guide the patient before and after the procedure. In my case, this was completely lacking.
After undergoing multiple cosmetic procedures with her, I expected basic post-operative care and communication. In any country, it is standard for a doctor to come and explain how the surgery went, what was done, and what to expect during recovery. However, she did not come to see me at all. I had to specifically request to be seen, especially because I had developed a large bruise on my arm, which I did not understand, as there had been no IV or intervention in that area.
When she finally came, she stayed at a distance, did not properly examine me, and simply said that everything was “fine.” This is not the behavior of a professional doctor.
Following the surgery, I developed a hematoma. Instead of properly treating it herself, as any qualified surgeon should, she advised me to manage it with creams, antibiotics, and cleaning it myself. Furthermore, instead of properly addressing the issue, another post-operative dressing was applied over the area, without any proper cleaning or intervention.
After returning home, I sought a professional opinion, and it was immediately clear that something was wrong. As a result of the mistakes made during the initial surgery and the lack of proper care, I had to undergo a second, highly traumatic surgery.
This entire experience has left me deeply traumatized.
I strongly do NOT recommend this doctor. Please be extremely cautious and do not undergo surgery with her. In my experience, the lack of professionalism, care, and responsibility is very serious and has had significant consequences for my health.

For going overseas to do a surgery is always questionable, but rest assure, it was my best decision. From beginning to the end results, Winnington, my bookimed, had my back through it all. Guided me, answered all my questions and totally eased any worries I've may have had. ID CLINIC was also the right place to do this. Dr.Phatcharasak Kraisornphongsakul did it so well, you don't even see any scars, yes I had a deep plane neck and facelift, expertly done! The staff, couldn't give them enough praise!
