The returns process feels quite clunky. Customers need to email us, we then coordinate with support, and it gets forwarded to the returns team for inspection before we’re updated. From arrival to final status, it can take about a week, which feels slow. There is definitely room for a more streamlined system.
Onboarding was incredibly fast
Onboarding was incredibly fast. It took about two and a half weeks from signing the contract to shipping our first order. They provided templates, helped label inventory, guided us through the software, and answered every question. I expected it to take much longer.
Their customs team was excellent
Their customs team was excellent. We had a shipment stuck at the border for weeks, and they stepped in, took care of everything, and got it released within 72 hours. Really impressive.
Returns inspection is very thorough
Returns inspection is very thorough, which I appreciate. They send photos of damaged items, verify serial numbers, and check everything against the original order. It can take a few days and slow refunds a bit, but the accuracy is worth it. Overall good, just a little slow.

We had a crisis during Black Friday when our order volume tripled overnight, and I was worried they would not keep up. They extended shifts, brought in extra staff, and got every order out on time. Still amazed, they saved our busiest weekend.

Shopify integration works fine most of the time. Orders sync, inventory updates, tracking goes back to the store automatically. But there's this annoying lag sometimes where an order will sit in "pending" status for like an hour before it actually processes on their end. Not the end of the world but when customers are expecting same-day shipping it's cutting it close.

We've had inventory go missing twice now. Not a lot, like 15 units one time, 8 units another time, but still. They did a cycle count both times and "couldn't locate" the items. Okay so where did they go? They credited us but that doesn't really solve the problem of us not trusting the counts anymore.
