Ordered a product on 21st of December and still waiting. Very poor communication, still don't know if i'm going to receive or not. Do not even know how to cancel it

Ordered a screen got 2 marbles just to get me to track the order.

Anyone who knows how to research the validity of a site knows that scammers often expose themselves through their own stupidity. I came across a calendar ad on TikTok and ordered it via PayPal. After a month of waiting, the tracking number disappeared from the site. I raised the issue with PayPal, who required me to contact the seller first.

I did, and inquiring about the item using the tracking number I had (the only information provided), they claimed that the order was being delivered and was still in transit. They told me to wait another 15-20 days and issued a new tracking link from a different company (a fake one, obviously), but the tracking number was the same. And that’s when they messed up.

What are the chances that two different delivery companies would give the same tracking number and provide different status updates? I even have a screenshot from the first one! 😄

Fortunately, PayPal investigated this on their own and issued a full refund before I had to wait those additional 20 days. They must have realized these were scammers preying on customers who don’t know how to handle being scammed.

So my advice: don’t order from untrusted sources. But if you do, always use PayPal or another payment service with customer protection and a full refund guarantee. Even if Vennf claims to have the same guarantee, they’re lying. If I hadn’t used PayPal, I would have lost my money.

Digitaler Family Organizer bei vennf.com bestellt und nie bekommen.
Trackingnummer wurde vergeben und man konnte die auch schön verfolgen.
Mittlerweile weiß ich, dass dieses Trackingnummer mit Sicherheit nicht für meine Adresse war, da man das Paket über eine unabhängige Seite tracken konnte.
Es wurde angeblich zugestellt, ohne Angabe bei wem oder was.
Das Lustige zum Ende:
Nach etlichen E-Mails, teilt mir der Support mit: Mein Paket wurde am 25.12.2024 zugestellt.
Am 25.12. wäre eigentlich nur an der
Tankstelle, Polizei oder Krankenhaus möglich :)
Ohne Probleme das Geld bei PayPal zurück bekommen

On December 1, 2024, I placed an order for three digital wall calendars as Christmas gifts, totaling over $100. To my surprise, I later discovered that the items were shipping from China.

By December 26, when the estimated delivery date had passed, I became concerned. The tracking number provided initially had disappeared from the seller's website.

After reaching out via email for an update on my order, I was informed that the calendars had been delivered and that I had signed for them. However, they could not produce any proof of delivery or a signature to confirm this claim.

Feeling skeptical about their response, I decided to escalate the issue by filing a report through PayPal. Fortunately, they investigated my case and successfully retrieved my money.

This experience highlighted the unethical practices of some online retailers who prey on unsuspecting customers. It serves as a cautionary tale about the importance of buyer vigilance in e-commerce.

Ordered a calender late november, believe it was advertised on TikTok, Initially queried the tracking details and helpful response. Around 20th December the tracking showed out for delivery in my area but no specific courier or details, I emailed them to ask if there was any further details, received a completely irrelevant clearly pre-written response, regarding delays with shipment. Tracking since stopped working, have raised a claim via PayPal and tried to email the company several times since and now completely silent. AVOID

I ordered a digital family calendar on 25/11/24 and have still not received it, I sent an email on 1/12/24 for delivery update and they said it would be delivered in 15 to 20 days, so today I have requested a refund. I will update you if I receive it.

Untrustworthy - avoid. I ordered a puzzle table from them in Nov. I know they're in Singapore, so I expected it to take time (never had an issue with other Singapore based companies). They claim it was delivered on Dec 20th but there was no info from the delivery company verifying the delivery. They lodged an investigation with the courier company and said they will come back to me in 3 - 5 days. They have not...and my subsequent correspondence for a refund has not been responded to. So I will deal with it another way. If you're going to sell products then you must be ready to deal with customers: positive or negative.
