Downright disgraceful
Ordered a bonnet for delivery - I was told it would be delivered by 6 pm and I heard nothing. I called the carrier and they do not have any deliveries for my address. The seller did not provide a tracking number, they provided inaccurate information and I still do not have my item. I have tried calling vehicle spares on numerous occasions, nobody answers the telephone and they take excessive amounts of time to reply to WhatsApp messages.
This is shocking customer service and the multitude of reviews speak for themselves.
If I do not receive my item, I will be escalating this with my bank and authorities as other reviews seemed to already be doing.

Dreadful fitting out of shape wing purchased for £193.
I know it is a copy but I paid more for what I thought was a quality part I should have bought a cheap Chinese copy from eBay would have fitted the same.
I emailed the company twice explaining the bad fitment and they couldn’t even be bothered emailing me back. I’ve been in the trade for over 30 years and this part was a bad fitting out of shape panel fit for the scrap heap £193 down the drain. AVOID‼️

Scum
Scum. Don't believe the fake paid reviews they're clearly disingenuous. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. Scammers. NO contact, I've returned my item as they sent me the wrong one and they refuse to acknowledge despite it being recorded delivery. Give me my refund. I'll be going to the relevant authorities to get this sorted as you disgust me.

Wow 🙌 a company that actually makes a purchase online feel like you literally are there in a shop buying it, communication by WhatsApp for any queries you have. In a modern digital world were companies just don’t do the ground work to give the customer a good experience 9 times out of 10 anymore, I have to say I was so impressed by this honestly from purchasing to delivery they have been there updating and putting me at ease regarding ordering the right size item to updates on delivery. I will know where to go in the future now for any parts I need, don’t hesitate to youse this company everyone if you want to feel like a valued customer and get quality items I can say this is the company for me 😁 thanks 🙏🏼

Thank you for your feedback. We responded to your email on Thursday 27th June at 22:16 chasing the delivery. Your order was placed after our 4pm cut off on the 25th June so was therefore due for delivery on Thursday 27th June.
FedEx attempted to deliver your order on Thursday 27th June but no one was home and no safe place to leave it. The item has now been returned to us and a refund issued as the courier was unable to reach you by phone.
I can see you also purchased the same item back in January 2024 with no issues.
