DONT SHOP WITH THEM.This company has scammed my small business. I ordered a part for our company van and they haven’t sent the part and have been extremely unresponsive when communicating our issues. I have spent over £100s and will not be issued a refund so now have to go through the bank.

I make order online for front end for Dacia sandero mk3 is a bit new model was hard to found parts for it and was expensive till I found this company online save my life all part cost me half price , make order order before the day was expected when order , I had problem with one of the parts was wrong I get it delivered next day

Ordered a mazda 3 2010 bumper
Recieved a mazda 3 mps bumper that didnt even fit my car didnt find this out till after it cost me 600 pound to get it painted as it didnt fit the car awful, they dont even have mps bumpers listed on their site so i dont know why they sent me 1

Absolutely terrible experience. I ordered a vehicle part with next-day delivery, and here I am FIVE days later with nothing to show for it. No tracking number was provided, and when I reached out on WhatsApp, their response was laughable. They claimed the courier "attempted to deliver" and used random pictures from Google Maps as "proof." Seriously?

I no longer need the part and asked for a refund, but they can't even tell me when I'll get my money back. The lack of professionalism and customer service is astounding. Avoid this company at all costs – they’re unreliable and don’t seem to care about their customers.

So in a panic after being told by Peugeot that the parts for a repair was £3200 just for the parts. I found these guys, the contact was exceptionally helpful and saved me over £1600 in parts. Ordered on Tuesday, delivered Thursday morning. All I can say is thank you and exceptional service. Will definitely use in the future.

The parts arrived intact, which is good. The site says 1-2 days, I waited 3. Well, there is no information about when and at what time, which makes you wait, without being able to leave the house. Someone from the family must stay.
