Vehimercatus Arvostelua 

Die Lieferung dauert sehr viel länger als angekündigt. Aber immerhin hat sich der Shop gemeldet und Bescheid gegeben, dass die Lieferung sich verspätet.

Service après vente déplorable, grosse commande, manque un article, aucun renvoi ni remboursement car pas moyen de prouver le manque, réfute l'erreur de leur part.

Ich war bis jetzt mit alle Artikeln zufrieden und es wurde schnell geliefert. Eine gute und freundliche Abwicklung war auch sehr angenehm.

Nachvollziehbar informiert, guter Preis, schnell geliefert und vor allem zerbrechliche Ware sehr sicher verpackt. Top!

Habe,glaube ich, das zweite Mal bestellt und es war beides Mal alles gut und top!

Ich bin immer wieder überrascht, wie extrem schnell hier die Lieferung geht. Ich hatte die Bluse am Samstag Abend bestellt und Dienstag Mittag klingelte der Postmann. Mega. Vehi Mercatus ist meiner Meinung nach der beste Händler in der Richtung. Man kann sich darauf verlassen, das man Qualität zu einem top Preis in irrer Geschwindigkeit bekommt.

Ein wirklich schöner Artikel. Der Kauf und Versand waren schnell und unkompliziert.

Zügig geliefert, alles passt, zünftige Anrede, insgesamt sehr angenehm und empfehlenswert

I put down an order for almost €100,- (€92,63).

Unfortunately something went wrong with the payment. It was taken out of my account but the company says they never received the money.

My bank and the payment companies all say i need to get helped by Vehimercatus. Vehimercatus says i need to get helped by those companies because they did not receive the money.

It is months later and the money still has not been received. And so: I still lost that amount of money for nothing.

There is nothing more i can do i'm afraid. I have never ever had this problem with other companies with payment.

It does stop me from ever buying from the company again. I hope other people do not have this problem.

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my experience with Vehi-mercatus, concerning order #1103305.

The problems began with the delivery. The package arrived with the box open and partially torn. As the recipient was not home, it was received by his mother. Upon checking the contents, we discovered that several items were missing:

1x Tricorn hat body Burgundy

1x Pilgrim or Felt hat green

This was a substantial order of almost 400 euros, and to receive it in such a state was unacceptable.

The customer service was equally disappointing. Despite informing them of the issues, their response was consistently to deflect responsibility, claiming it was a matter for DHL Spain and not their own. This complete lack of ownership and support was incredibly frustrating.

Furthermore, some of the items that did arrive were the wrong size. When I initiated a return, I was shocked to find that they charge €19.90 for a return shipping label! For a high-end retailer, this shows a true lack of empathy for the customer.

In summary, this is an expensive store with service that leaves much to be desired. From now on, I will be purchasing similar items from other retailers. They may not have the same quality, but they are much more affordable and, more importantly, their customer service and return policies are far superior and free of charge.

It's a real shame, but I cannot recommend Vehi-mercatus.
