UK Based? Don't bother!
My partner ordered a doublet, pair of trousers and a shirt from this brand for a fantasy festival event. However, when it all arrived it was too small. Fine, we thought, we'll just ask to return and/or exchange for a size up. Unfortunately when we emailed their customer service team, we got a curt email telling us that they would not process this due to the fact that we are based in the UK and not part of the EU! I did not rate their customer service one bit, especially as we are now stuck with kit that cost a not insignificant amount of money that is of no use to us at all and we are unable to get the cost back for. If you are based in the UK, do NOT order from this brand.

Due to the regulations and customs procedures following Brexit, processing returns and exchanges from the UK has become significantly more complex administratively and logistically. To avoid unexpected customs fees and complications for our customers, we have had to implement a strict policy regarding UK orders.

THEY DON'T MENTION 28% ADDITIONAL IMPORT TAXES!
I read on their website that the total shown included shipping and all taxes and import fees, or an additional 28% of the cost, but then UPS rtold me I owed an additional 28% import fee, so I paid an additional 56% of the cost, which I never would have done had they disclosed to me the amount in fees they quoted was only half of them

Gewoon erg goed. Betrouwbaar, levert erg snel en als er iets is wordt het snel en makkelijk opgelost. Maar dat is eigenlijk maar 1x geweest. Wat fijn is dat ze veel op voorraad hebben die je bij andere shops verspreid ziet. Dus nagenoeg alles onder één dak. En voor de critici die historisch correct willen: het zit er tussen.

Efficient service and great quality
The order was delivered rapidly and was really well packed. The product - a gambeson - was well made and fitted exactly (must avoid gaining weight!!).

unklare Bedingungen für Versand und Treueprogramm
Ich war ehemals ein zufriedener Kunde, da mich insbesondere die Qualität der Ware begeistert hatte. Inzwischen passiert es mir aber immer häufiger, dass Bedingungen für den kostenfreien Versand oder das Treueprogramm nicht vernünftig erklärt werden. Auf der Website wird mit "völlig kostenfreiem Versand ab 75 €" geworben. Dass dann für manche Waren doch Versandkosten entstehen, erfährt man erst im Bezahlvorgang (noch nicht einmal im Warenkorb). Auch das Treueprogramm lässt sich mit den regelmäßigen Angeboten nicht kombinieren. Dann kann man das auch sein lassen.
