The group of humans leading this evolutionary community all deserve high praise. The vegan squad community is a beautiful concept, where individuals can come together and embrace who they are without feeling judgement. It is a wonderful way to communicate and meet people that are like minded or curious. I love seeing all the shared recipes and fitness advice. If you want to join a community where you feel seen, heard and understood, or where you just want to learn more about fitness and veganism, this is the place!! On a side note, John 'The bodybuilding vegan' is my personal coach and I can say with the utmost sincerity that he is as professional as he is kind and understanding. I am working towards my first bikini competition and I am neurodivergent. When I mention wanting to change up a meal or an exercise, he always meets me where I am and happily helps me change things up!!!!!! I can't say enough positive things about the vegan squad community or the vegan squad coaches. Absolutely wonderful humans!! They are all always ready, willing and able to assist in any way they can and they want people to feel happy and successful while being heard!

Miranda was such a pleasure to work with! She was very attentive and great at customizing my training to help me reach my goals. I would definitely work with her again and highly recommend the Vegan Squad coaches.

Because of the knowledge, expertise, and experience of the Vegan Squad, I was able to not only switch to a fully Vegan lifestyle, but am in better shape now than I was 25 years ago.

I was able to completely stop taking 12 different medications, dropped over 50 pounds, eliminated nagging pains, regained my mobility, and got back a quality of life that I didn’t think I’d ever see again.

Honestly the best all-inclusive coaching experience/community ever, I never had online coaching before but on top of that being apart of a dedicated online vegan community with like-minded individuals has been a game changer for me.

I knew of Vegan Squad through John and his social media but it took him reaching out to me to get the ball rolling.

Personally, I love the sense of community as mentioned above, the coaches are all amazing (each having their own specialty) and are all united under the same mission, to help you thrive. This is definitely not some run of the mill gym bro's nutrition and fitness coaching. It is genuinely about the people and growing our vegan community and showcasing how we can all be healthy, successful people in all parts of life. To me it is a whole lifestyle personal empowerment wellness community rooted in veganism. I have met some amazing people, which have become like chosen family.

I definitely have learned a lot in only a month (the calls are all varied in topic and interest), the online classroom is filled with resources that honestly had me floored (wish I knew even a quarter of the stuff in the beginning of my journey) and I find the accountability is peer to peer, everyone is celebrating each other and their wins, checking in with each other and it's wonderful to see this. Definitely will not be alone that is for sure.

Myself I came with the goal of working on my nutrition and fine tune my fitness (I already came into VSC after losing 35 lbs of pandemic weight on my own from my own fitness journey), but since being paired with a 1-1 coach I definitely feel like I have a better handle on things like meal plans, tracking and goal setting, and knowing they are always there for you if you need something is reassuring.

I am around people that believe in me 110 percent. I am definitely thriving in this environment and you will too. I recognise that at the end of the day it's all an investment, but it's an investment in enriching my life and taking care of your whole self.

All In all Vegan Squad is amazing. Yes again it's an investment but it's more of an investment in you, and having a solid community to learn and grow from, with! AND OF COURSE HAVE FUN! The Future is Vegan!

Vegan Squad coaching has no doubt been instrumental in motivating me to begin and stick with a routine to get my fitness on track while maintaining my vegan values and lifestyle. They provide a platform for you to connect with like-minded vegans and find your way through support with others cheering you on, but they also offer so much hands on support with their learning materials, weekly check-ins, meal and recipe info, and just generally creating a welcoming community that feels good to learn about the best ways to train and use a vegan lifestyle for fitness goals along with it guiding your moral compass. I stumbled upon one of the coaches personal pages and then learned about the Vegan Squad coaching and had a coupon to join the community on a trial basis but have stayed because of all the above. I had surgery early this year and began intentionally lifting and gaining weight to gain muscle to support the area I had surgery in but got into a sort of slump and wanted to lose the fat I had gained. I’m very grateful for the support and information they provided and everything in their plans is detailed, step-by-step, structured and can be done at your own pace. Very happy to have found this resource and community 💚

I am so thankful for The Vegan Squad! Ali has been my personal coach for the last month and she has really dialed me in for fitness success. The community in the skool is by far the best group of vegans that are fitness minded to spend time with online! I love this program and intend to hang out for the long haul as it is way more affordable than some of the other options out there. They have amazing classrooms and self paced programs that a busy business owning neurodivergent mom can work at.

John Thomas and his team of coaches are truly awesome at what they do. In less than 2 months of being part of Vegan Squad I have learned things that I will carry with me for the rest of my life. I am in better shape, significantly stronger, emotionally more balanced , and motivated in ways I haven’t been for a longtime. These folks are awesome and their approach is science based, compassionate, and holistic and if you join, your life will definitely be changed for the better.

Miranda is a very detailed oriented coach. You can tell she really cares about her clients and you can see the effort she puts into her work. I felt my workouts were well planned, and I've made a lot more progress in the short time I've worked with her than I was ever able to make on my own. I would absolutely reccomend her to anyone looking to focus more on their fitness journey. She was very kind and good with communication which I appreciate.

I learned so much in this community that I’ve used to improve my life everyday. From how to make eating healthy FUN and tasty, to being active while working a desk job. The coaches in this community are so supportive, lively, and considerate :)
