I wish website is more user friendly. Since I am a newbie at Veem, I had difficulties while creating invoice and asking for a payment.
Also, when I want to transfer the incoming amount to my bank account I pay higher fees than a standart bank transfer.

I had a great experience! The response time was quick, and the attention to detail was excellent. My issue was resolved efficiently, and the overall service was smooth. Highly recommend!

it was very seamless, didn't need to even log in to my dahsboard but my money was sent straight to my set deposit account.

The company I work for has been paying me through Veem for four years now. The process is seamless. In the past year, they upgraded their turnaround time to the following day for South African banks. If I have had issues in the past the delay was always with my bank

I have never heard of VEEM before working for my employer. I used to submit my invoice and would be paid within 2 weeks. However, now it takes a month to get paid but that's probably down to a new payroll clerk. There is no income tax taken off and I did not receive my T4 for taxed employment which caused me to pay a penalty. Is this because VEEM is an American company?

I just want to say I have always had a positive experience with Veem. I want to givve a shout out to Matt from support. He s always so quick to answer and help me with any issues i've come across!

Their customer service is great! The only time I had issues with a payment was my fault and they were extremely helpful! Also, special thanks to Pavi, who helped me!

I use Veem to get money from my agent to my account. I had been reluctant to sign up for something else, but I am glad I did. We've used Veem twice, and it has worked well both times.

As a freelancer, one of my agencies sends payments via Veem every month. I find Veem easy to use and appreciate its reasonable fee for withdrawing funds to my local bank account.

I've been getting paid through Veem for a few months now, the transfer takes almost a week and the rates are low. I do not recommend paying your employees/contractors with Veem. It gets the job done but I wouldn't want to be on the receiving end like this not knowing when the money will land in my bank account and still getting paid at a low conversion rate. Getting my account set up was an ok experience, but it was still confusing. Their customer service is good, I was helped when I reached out and had a good experience with that.
