Really worst experience get one time product after save card details each month take money without u buying product was lucky check in my online banking soon as I see contact vedix email straight they waited 24 -48 hours get reply again next day try get payment without customer buy product I m not even interested buy I call bank report about as scam be ware with this company i sent 3-4 emails still not reply yet please stay way with this vedix

I saw the Vedix's page and was interested in trying their products, I have entered my card details and had the amount get deducted on a monthly basis for 5 months, without receiving any products. To stop the amount get deducted, I have cancelled my card. After communicating with the support team, they have refunded most of the amount back, remaining 1 partial amount. Although I rated them 3 stars, I have not tried their products, the 3 stars were given because they have refunded the amount as promised.

The comments about not being able to cancel subscription are not truthful. Ordered in 2022, cancelled no any unexpected charges or orders have been placed since then. Now I want to place a new order (just there is some shampoo left and I found I am going mad of its scent! Too good. I had cancelled the subscription in 2022 because of awful reviews.
Vedix team can you help me to create an order with shampoo only? If you read this

If there is a 0 rating, i would give it a zero ! I received EXPIRED ITEMS ! And there seem to be no response from the team !

No effect on my hairs, although fraudulent company, noticed double transaction from my account. No tax invoice sent to me. Ols dnt trust them.

One of the worst customer experiences I’ve ever had, with both Vedix and their courier partner Atlantic. I placed an order on June 21st with a clear promise of delivery within 5 working days. It's now July 4th and the parcel is still missing.
Vedix claims the parcel was dispatched and shared a tracking link, but nothing has moved. The tracking updates have gone from “Consignee Not Available” (a complete lie, no one contacted me) to now “Wrong Number.” Absolutely ridiculous. My contact number is correct, and I’ve been waiting without any communication from the courier.
Their WhatsApp customer service is a joke, just copy-paste apologies and no real resolution. I reached out multiple times and even made an international call from the UAE to India, only to be told to "send an email" instead of actually helping me. No ownership, no urgency, no care.
It feels like no one is accountable, and there’s zero coordination between Vedix and their delivery partner. If you value your time, money, or peace of mind, stay away from Vedix.

For the second time they sent me a face oil and that too had leaked. I have written to them several times but there's no response. The customer care lady said they will refund the total cash but that too hasn't happend. It's been 1 week now and I have not received either the product replaced not my money

I have almost used 2 bottles of Vedix oil, shampoo and serum but it doesn’t works for me. I have a lot hair fall even after using this amount of Vedix products. I am not satisfied with the result. Made no change in my hair till now. I use as suggested but why am I not getting the result?

Don’t but this product if you think they are giving money back garranty. I spent a significant amount on what turned out to be an ineffective product, and the company showed zero willingness to stand behind its promises. If you’re considering spending money on their hair-growth line, beware: you may end up with an empty wallet and the same frustrating hair issues you started with.

I'm using vedix because of i am loosing more hair fall but after using vedix i'm loosing even more and no proper customer service...completely fraud and wasted my money

I have ordered vedix products in jan 2025 worth of $79. Next month without any emails or notifications same products came to my home and they have cut $79 from my account and when I have tried to email them they replied once and then no reply from them about refund or why they have send products without any placed orders. I have checked the A/c which I have created on there website. I haven't given any consent to save my bank details or did any monthly subscription. Don't buy they are fraud.
