Vape Nation is Terrible. I ordered 17 vapes due to the discount. Six vapes did not work right out of the box. I tested them all. Two vapes leaked oil. I ordered 3 of one of the CZAR CX-15000 stopped working today with 73% liquid showing in the lighted window. Do not buy anything from them. I wrote their customer service a week ago and have yet to hear back from them. I tried to call two different customer service numbers and both numbers don't work.

I ordered a vape on 6/15 and received it today 6/25 so ten days total. At first I was kinda getting worried because I was told my vape was sent out but never received a tracking # so I emailed the company and like instantly I got a response saying wait 24hrs and if no changes made than reach back out. So the 24hr time frame came and went and I reached out and no response so I reached out again I believe 2 more times and finally on the 23rd I got an email with my tracking number. Than two days later I finally got it! So in reality 10 days is about average on you wait time for packages. Or I could be wrong. But besides that my vape is supposed to be a lemon mint flavor and there is zero flavor to it. Like no flavor at all. And the communication isn’t the best! So take the risk if you want

I ordered from here on the 29th of may. And I received my order literally just got it yesterday, June 16th.
My issue has been communication with the customer service, and they refused to cancel my order and give me my refund. I was told i would receive it within 5-7 days of ordering. My tracking for it never updated then i reached out the first time. Was told it had already shipped and had been delivered(checked the mailbox many times and nothing). So i sent another email requesting to cancel and get my refund. I got an answer 3 days later. Telling me the same thing, that it was delivered and what date it was delivered. I responded with my situation and still nothing. It is pretty much impossible to actually get ahold of anyone or people that will actually help. Not to mention when I tried the damn thing, IT DIDNT EVEN WORK. Charging it didn’t do anything so im left with no refund and a very disappointing experience with this company. You’re actually better off just getting shit at the gas station. Don’t recommend, if I could do zero stars I would.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM VAPE NATION!!! Should be less than zero stars because I ordered 5 vapes and ALL 5 ARE COMPLETELY EMPTY. VAPE NATION IS A COMPLETE SCAM

Have used for months - works right everytime. Wanting to replace the heating element allowed me to find out that the whole thing seems very quality. It is even "designed for disassembly", making cleaning and replacement easy. No cheap snapped-together sort of thing you would break getting apart - this is strong feeling and has screws you can get to. Very pleased!

We bought something that never worked. I complained about it right away and they tried to put me through some kind of weird tests for the product stating it was as per the manufacturer. it was a White Rhino Vaporizer. would not take it back. It was brand new. We tried it twice and they would not believe us. Stay away.
