If there were zero stars that’s what they’d get. I really wish I would have read the bad reviews before I ordered from them. They changed around their website and “forgot” to put my apartment number in the new one. I’m out 2 orders, $233.00. They emailed back once and now they’re ignoring me. I’m emailing them every day but they don’t answer. While looking at reviews I noticed they have a bad repertoire with the BBB. I’m going to contact them anyway. Please don’t order from these people. They don’t care about customers, absolutely don’t care, they’re out for money only.
Sent me the wrong item and not following up
I ordered 10/29/2025 (2 weeks ago), and got my order 11/3/2025 (10 days ago). I ordered batteries, a vape kit that uses those batteries, and e-liquid. I got in the mail, essentially the opposite of what I ordered in terms of a vape starter kit and have been trying to get this resolved. I emailed them the day I got my order, and got a response the next day asking for a picture of the unopened and untampered product they sent, so that the warehouse could review. I've reached out basically everyday since, with new support tickets and emails to the chain I got an email from, just to get an update in regards to returning the item I got, or even a refund for the difference since the product I paid for was double the price of what they sent. I kept telling them I'm patient and would just like to know that this is at least being resolved. The straw that got me to write this review, was an email from Misthub asking me to leave a review for the Vape I "received". I left a review on their website and I'll leave one here to hopefully hear back. My order number is MH507138, I still haven't opened the wrong item that was sent, and have no desire to.
Incorrect items received; poor response times
I ordered a few salt nic juices and pods. Most of the order was correct but on two of the juices I received the iced versions instead of non-iced. I emailed the company that night on 8/11/2025 after the order delivery to make them aware of the issue.
I received the first response on 8/15/25 requesting photos of the incorrect juices. I supplied the photos the following day on 8/16/25. I didn't receive a response and I followed up on the chain on 8/22/25. I received a response 8/22/25 offering me a $6 discount to keep the incorrect items or stating they could send me a return label and compensate me once the return was processed.
I responded on 8/22/25 informing them I would like the return label as I don't vape iced flavors and asked about the timeframe for the label. As of early morning 8/30/25 I've yet to receive a response. I replied again on 8/28/25 as a follow up.

I am being discriminated against and…
I am being discriminated against and harassed for no reason. This is the second time my order has been held up as possibly fraudulent. They want verification with a picture of my drivers license and a picture of me holding my credit card before they will process my $200 order. I have been a customer for years and they can see I order the same stuff. They know the credit card is valid. The first time a customer rep actually understood that was too intrusive and processed the order, this time they insist on verification after numerous emails. There is no phone number that works to actually talk to a person, and they will not call me.

I order from them, and they ship it to a different address. contact them for about a month and they never want to refund or resend, even after filling a case with with thew USPS letting them and me know it was shipped to a different address.

My order was spilt into two deliveries. Unfortunately on part of my order ever showed up. I was told it's not there problem. That it was delivered so it's on post office. Yet post office says they don't have it, and are not responsible. So I'm screwed luckily it wasn't expensive stuff on second part of the shipment.

This is my first order with your site as I was honestly weary upon discovering your website and after considering it for a few days I hesitantly decided to proceed with an order, but with caution,... This being mostly due to the great prices on certain products and the lack of up to date reviews/discussions surrounding your platform. I ordered 9 disposable vape pens in total (an 8 mystery pack and a single one which was called unicorn milk (and idk what unicorn milk is but the name has me sold lol) anyways I also ordered some "enhancement strips". My order surprised me when it showed up within a very reasonable timeframe I think I waited 10 days after placing the order til it was recieved,. I was super happy (besides the fact that I recieved two doubles of the same vape for the price oh well I was happy,. But then came the issues,. Out of 9 disposables, two work. TWO, that's SEVEN out of 9 that either just didn't ever hit at all (yes I tried charging the ones which take a charger) or hit for a few times (one lasted maybe 4 hours before it fizzled out) or the one which when I opened out of the plastic wrap had oil (juice) just drenched all over the insides and was no good. I am disappointed with that because when you do the math I really didn't end up with much of a discount at all compared to my other frequented online supply stores... I ended up basically paying 60$ for two working devices and 7 devices that just kinda look cool but do me no good. I am hoping that this is not the norm for this company as I guess if it was that would in turn make more sense as to the price situation right....Also I am not seeking a refund at all and I'd like that to be clear. I really would prefer to just receive working merchandise, The only thing I would change besides the fact that they didn't work would be maybe if I could get some with lower nicotine contents...
Defective products and poor customer service
I ordered 2 IJoy vapes that DO NOT work. Neither will charge nor turn on. I ordered another vape (smok) a few days after the IJoy order and it hasn't been shipped out yet. I tried to make contact with the company via email and the chat on the website to which NO RESPONSE. I just want to cancel the smok vape and return the IJoy vapes and get my money back. IM NOT HAPPY AT ALL. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE...

Ordered a smok prince vape on 2/4 which some odd name took the money. No invoice or communication.
I STUPIDLY ordered from them again, unknowingly, with the same problem. No invoice or replies to any emails. Another really odd name took the payment. I'm on live chat right now and I've been waiting 13 minutes with no one answering. (?) How do some people actually get what they offer and others are completely ripped off?
Sucks cuz I used a PayPal MC and they're going to think I'm stupid for ordering from the same fraud twice. I am but didn't realize it because I didn't have an invoice to remind me. Plus, it didn't go to MistHub. 1 name was FrederSherTD. The 2nd name that got paid was HillengaHillenga. O-Kaaaaay!
Update~Just put a claim in on them and got my 1st order refunded. I'll report my 2nd order on a later date....
Horrible experience with Misthub
Horrible experience with Misthub. I placed an order for 6 x 5 packs that was a total of 30 disposable vapes for a good deal and everything seemed fine. I received my confirmation email with the correct order and also they shipped it quick, but when I received the order I opened the box to find 6 disposable vapes + 1 extra that I would be told was for there mistake but it clearly says on there site they include one free for a one disposable purchased, so that was BS. They made a mistake on the listed price for the items I purchased and never notified me that there would be a change to my order or give me the option to cancel my order, they just shipped me 6 and said sorry and said they included the extra vape and will give me a 10% discount on my next order. F this place I will never order from them again and feel that I was ripped off for the overpriced vapes I received and everyone of them sucked!! Don't be ripped off by them if it looks like a deal, its more then likely a scam!!
