I placed an order and it took a month before it arrived and when it got here it was only part of what I purchased. The company sent me an email letting me know they were gonna issue me a store credit,the problem is I have to have an account to use it and of course I don't so the credit is useless! They are basically stealing my money. I asked for a refund or for them to simply send me the rest of my order and haven't not gotten any response and from looking at the reviews on here I guess I won't .

Received an auto-reply that my order was confirmed but the tracking is still in "pre-shimpment" status since the day I ordered. I've send several emails over the last few weeks looking for an update and NO ONE RESPONDS. They're just taking people's money. I'm now seeing BBB shows they are closed so I'm filling a dispute with my credit card company for a refund and reporting them.

I ordered over a hundred dollars of geek vapes, they said the order was made but they have never received it, now they won't email me back after multiple attempts, beware this company is bullcrap

I've been waiting almost a month and I've emailed 3 times with no response.

I ordered six bottles of vape juice from Vapor Boss on February 28th and on March 17th, I am still without. I have ordered from them for years with zero issues. I was actually impressed on their four day turn around. After numerous emails and failed phone calls I received an email from them on March 8th stating that they were out of product and would be getting some in shortly. They also stated that my order would go out on March 11th. Today is the March 17th and my order has not been sent out.
I’m done trying to reach out to them. I hope my $80 was worth a customer. This will happens to every customer sooner or later. I would advise each customer to be prepared to eat an order before they go elsewhere.

I ordered $100.20 worth of vapes from these guys on 02/27/24 and as of today 03/14/24 I have not received anything from them. Costumer service? what costumer service I have emailed them many times and no response. Beware of theses guys they will take your money and that's about it.

Quality products, remarkable customer service. I had an issue and it was taken care of. Professionalism abounds at Vaporboss!

I am writing to address a matter of critical importance concerning Order #172765, which I recently placed with your establishment over 2 weeks ago According to the information provided, my order was confirmed to be in transit, with a USPS tracking number (420852069300110570802958550282) supplied for monitoring its progress. However, despite this assurance, the order has not reached me within the expected timeframe.

The precision and consequence of failing to fulfill, deliver, or issue a refund for this order cannot be overstated. I must emphasize that this communication serves as my sole attempt to rectify the situation with your company. If adequate action is not taken within the next 72 hours (3 days) from the receipt of this letter, I will be compelled to take decisive measures to ensure resolution.

What a scam site! Ordered 3 bottles of vape juice, paid an extra $46.66 for one day delivery. After 4 days asked for a tracking number, sent one and it always stayed at "label created". Contacted UPS, they never picked up the order. Then Vape Boss gave the excuse that they are waiting for 1 more bottle that would be there in 3 days. It's been over 2 weeks since they told me that and never heard from them since after multiple emails. It's been over a month now, no contact and no products. Terrible company!!!

Its been two weeks since I ordered and they still haven't shipped my order.
They contacted me after I emailed a week ago and said due to a holiday weekend they are backed up then they said they just got an order but didn't have enough to fulfill my order amd asked if there where other flavors I would like?
I responded immediately and said, no just send what you have and refund the rest. No word since, order hasn't shipped, they don't answer the phone or email and voice mail is full.
Not the first time they had a litany of excuses. I'm disputing the charge with my bank to get my money back and have ordered from another company. I am done with Vapor Boss, gave them too many chances.
Update: After trying to cancel order and not recieving any word from Vaporboss I got an email saying it was delivered. It took them just over a month to get it here. No apology no nothing not a word from them. I had already ordered from another company and recieved that order in less than a week.

Website was intuitive and shipment was fast. Customer service was excellent! Even texted me to make sure I received my order.

I've ordered in the past from them with no issues, but now I have an order placed with the shipping status as "pre-shipment" for a week and no answer to 3 emails sent to Vaporboss on the shipping status. Filing a dispute with the bank at this point for product never received and have filed a report with the FTC due to the large number of similar customer experiences (Facebook, etc.).

I have gave previous 5 star reviews due to quick shipping and being offered discount codes. I too am now one of the custimers who has paid over $100 for product for it not to be sent out almost a month later. Ordered Feb 14th, now March 5th no progress in shipping or refund. Being ignored by customer service, asking for faster shipping and since then asking for a full refund. There are hundreds of other sites that sell this product and for an extra $1-2.... Worth it. At least we will have our products in a timely manner.

I ordered from vapor boss on February 10th, February 13th They generated a shipping label but as of today March 4th, no updates
I’ve emailed them a few times and got responses back that they don’t work weekends, he’s five days behind or a new shipment just came in, they was out of this and that so, Imma figure out how to get my money back because I ordered over $300 worth of vapes for me and my family
I knew I should’ve stayed with the other two places but they was out of my flavor vape so I decided to try them, but never again, and I do not recommend no one purchase Vapes from them

I ordered over $180 and they’ve yet to send them to me! Hasn’t even reached out to me. I am filling out a police report they are stealing from me!!they have my Vapes plus over $180

I am so disappointed.. i made an order over 2 weeks ago & it just keeps saying that my shipping label has been created but nothing more...i'm so upset bcos i'm in treatment & am not actuallly able to leave the facility to buy a vape so i thought id try ordering a few...well that clearly was a huge mistake bcos now i not only do t have a vape but im out close to $100

Terrible, I mean terrible customer service! Phone number doesn't work #1, no one responds to emails (5 tries) I submitted my ID 5 times thinking that was the holdup, NO RESPONSE. Must be young kids running place that don't have any sense of business. This is ludicrous. Someone needs to step in

This website is not legit it’s been over a month and a half and I’m still waiting for a $200 order they’ve given me every excuse in the book and I have no way to get ahold of anyone with this company sketchy and unreliable.

Awful service. My order got delayed for 2 weeks . Label was printed but no update for tracking for more than 2 weeks. Ironically, they will refuse to cancel the order even if it wasn't shipped. Never order from them again
