I placed an order with vapor boss six weeks ago, still have not received any information regarding my order. I have requested a refund and have not received any response. Impossible to get a response. This place is a rip off.

Paid for an expensive order. It's been a month and they're still "preparing" it. No response from customer service at all and no clue if I'll ever get my product. Horrible!

These people are scammers. Placed a $300 order. They will not send it or cancel it and refund the money. Customer service has also stopped responding. Do not use.

The company is stealing my money and not shipping my order! I had a previous order from them that was not delivered it was investigated and shown I did not get it. Months later I placed another order with them and they sent an email saying they were holding my new order hostage until I repaid for the missing order. Now they won’t reply or refund me or ship the order.

Horrible company! Made an order on 7/11/24 and 7/15/24. It's 7/31/24 and nothing! Shipping labels created on 7/20/24 and post office has yet to receive packages! I'm going to my bank to file paperwork to get my money back. They used to be a decent company but now they are crap. It took 6 emails to get a "We'll look into it" response, same with a DM. They don't allow posts on their FB page and now I see why, they would get savaged by irate customers! Do NOT DEAL WITH THEM!

I have been ordering my coils from Vapor Boss for years. I ordered more coils on 7/4/24. It is now 7/28/24 and still have no received them. I contacted support, and they have not responded. I have sent and email 3 times now. Of course when you look at their website they have a scripture at the top. How Christian of you to ignore a loyal customer. I will make sure I never order from Vapor Boss again. You need to refund my credit card at this time.

This company is just pure evil. The criminals take your money and never have your product in the first place. Then my credit card company stated it could take 60 days to get my money back.

They take your money and don't ship!! its been 6 weeks got nothing and they don't respond to emails. Worst thing is they ask for a picture of you and your ID before they ship. DONT SEND THEM THAT. Its a scam

My fault for not checking here first. Avoid this company— they’ll take your money (AND photo of your ID) and never send you your products. If you’ve done this, please check for identity theft as well. Avoid at all costs or it’ll cost you.

I should have looked up reviews before ordering with them. Save yourself a headache and dont order with them.

Bait and switch. They sent the wrong item and will not send the correct item. Customer service response is extremely slow and unhelpful. They really don't care. Be warned, I should have listened to the reviews.

Same as the last two reviews. I placed an order on June 22, still not showing shipped. I have emailed 3 times and no response. I am filing fraud with my bank on Monday. This company used to be great. Not sure what happened but I'll never order through them again.

Just as the review immediately before mine, I placed an order for over $200 on June 18. It’s now July 3. I’ve emailed four or five times. Zero response! I found three different customer service numbers and none work. I have a shipping email but tracking shows no label even created yet. I understand that they are a small company but limit your market or hire many more people. It’s a shame. I like their product but out of ten orders, I’ve had shipping issues on four I believe. I reached out to my credit card to dispute. I will order at least a dozen vapes at a time so I have them for a while. I always reorder when I know I have plenty of time so I don’t run out but they are not processing orders or communicating. I guess I’ll have to start looking at the competitor websites so I can actually get the product I order. Bad customer service!!!

I placed an order with this company on June 18th. The tracking shows the shipment label was created on the 20th. Nothing has happened since then. I have emailed customer service 3 times with no response. That is considered theft in my eyes. Do not use this company. I know all kinds of things can happen to an order and easily can corrected. That would require communication.

SCAMMMMMM!!!!!!!!!!!!! I just got scammed out of $100. Still not shipped. It's been a MONTH. I'm so pissed!! All of you that have scammed by VaporBoss. Please contact your bank. File a complaint at Report Fruad.Ftc.gov. Report to google or whatever search engine this business showed up. They've stole from at least 6 of us here in the past month so I can only image how many more. Report. Report. Report.

I have used VB several times and was extremely happy with their great prices and speedy turn around but unfortunately I placed an order, over $100.00, on June 1 and have not received it as of June 17, 2024. I emailed them 4 emails and only heard from them once stating that they had looked at my order and a flavor I chose was not in stock and to choose another. WELL, thing is I didn't order ejuice but I DID ORDER replacement coils. I stated to them to please send what I ordered OR give me a full refund. I have not heard back from them as of yet.
I am very disappointed to say the least.

Absolute trick they are trying to play on you, then they have the nerve to quote a Bible verse on their website, the verse they quote summarized is with god all things are possible. Well I think they are just banking on the rapture and skating on thin ice till they finally get shut down. File a report with the FTC if you are seeing this and also finding yourself tricked. File a dispute with your bank. Don’t let them get away with it.

I’ve ordered 2 times and my orders have taken well over 3-4 weeks to arrive. Shipping labels are printed for my package yet no movement in over 15 days. The 1st time I inquired it was a shortage of staff and high order volume. The 2nd time they apparently don’t have the products and the items were discontinued and instead of offering to replace the item they gave no ETA and just apologize for inconvenience… poor communication, no transparency… poor experience both times. Will not use this company going forward

Beware,like most of the true reviews here, you won't receive what you ordered & paid for.They take your money, and that's the last you'll see of it! They are scammers! Customer service sucks! What do they do with the scanned ID you sent?!?! Lesson learnt!
