Vape fast UK’s largest online vape eliquid store and supplier of disposables devices, vape kits, vape pods, vape tanks and replacement coils. Our mission is to supply you with the simplest quality e-liquids and vape hardware at the simplest possible prices. OUR STORY Vape Fast opened Vape Superstore’s doors (online and in Manchester) back in 2016. Originally created to be a specialist vape shop that brought legitimate product choices and better quality to vapers, we’ve since expanded to supply the foremost comprehensive range of products within the UK. By trading online and on the main street our aim was to be an accessible resource for people that wish to try before they buy also as catering to those too far to go to a store . Since then, Vape Superstore has grown considerably. In 2018 we also released our first e-liquid range, exclusive to our stores and website

Cheated shipment
I would like to change my opinion but I can not because when I did not hold my parcel it turned out that she was lost. You sent me a second order and it took 4 days, but the device had a burned heater and a defect of oily oozing right into my mouth. I am so sorry I lost my time and money. good luck in deceiving people! :(

I am sorry to hear that, as per details there is no such communication about such issue. The items are shipped in brand new and sealed condition. If there was any genuine issue please feel free to write to our team at help@vapefast.co.uk and they will be more than happy to address your concern.
DONT EVEN BOTHER, BECAUSE THEY WONT!
I received a faulty item and spent a week trying to contact them through email and phone just to be ignored, when I finally did get through to someone they were just rude to me and refused the refund claiming "the vape is no use to us", like it was ever any use to me either? It's broken. They act like scam artists who once they have the money don't seem to care about sending you something that's even functional. I couldn't be more dissatisfied and disappointed in the product and level of service, I genuinely didn't think online scam companies like this even still existed. Save yourself the trouble and order elsewhere.
*I've Had to edit this because vapefast is now trying to have it removed. Seems to show they know they're in the wrong and want all evidence removed.
