We’re based in Kings Lynn a good 3 hours from where van national are based & we needed the van delivered to us.
Ryan was dealing with us - He couldn’t help any more if he tried, went above and beyond to reassure us and answer any questions on the vehicle we bought.
Ryan sent walk around videos of more than one van we were interested in which really helped us making a decision.
I spoke to a couple of members of staff all very polite & helpful.
Van arrived in immaculate condition, very impressed.
Thanks to Ryan and the team for a brilliant service I will definitely be using van national again.

I recently bought a van from Van National and couldn’t be happier with the experience. Scott was absolutely brilliant from start to finish — friendly, helpful and really easy to deal with. He made the whole process straightforward and stress-free, answered all my questions and made sure everything was sorted for me.
The van was exactly as described and I felt really looked after throughout the whole purchase. It’s refreshing to deal with someone who genuinely cares about providing a good service.
