Vanguard Student Housing Arvostelua 

Mi hijo alquiló un piso en Getafe a través de Vanguard, y la experiencia no podría haber sido mejor. Desde el primer momento, Marta la encargada, fue un auténtico pilar en todo el proceso. No solo se aseguró de que todo estuviera en perfectas condiciones desde el día uno, sino que también ha estado siempre disponible para cualquier consulta o necesidad.

Realmente se preocupan por el bienestar de los inquilinos. Su profesionalidad, cercanía y disposición para ayudar hacen que vivir en este tipo de pisos de alquiler gestionados por ella sea una experiencia cómoda y sin preocupaciones. Además, la comunidad que se ha creado en estos pisos es increíble, gracias en gran parte a su buen hacer. Las veces que fui para encontrarme con mi hijo y coincidí con Marta siempre le mostré mi agradecimiento por lo comentado.

Un sitio perfecto para vivir en Madrid con un ambiente inmejorable y con la tranquilidad son la mejor elección. ¡100% recomendable!

Moved into completely new apartment, really nice environment. But it being so new a lot of the things that was basic and that you needed, in a normal day was not yet bought.
Really nice company easy to get a hold of and though it was in Spain easy to communicate with in English, and ready to help getting to know the things.

I initially booked my stay at Balmes from September 2024 to January 2025, but I got hooked and extended my stay until June, the end of my internship!

as student housing goes, this one is spectacular! you have options to choose the rooms, I was in the smallest single one. which is alright if you don't spend much time at home (usually the case when you're exchange). the facilities work great, the elevator looks old and gives the ick to people at first, but it works alright. the kitchen was quite well-equipped, i bought only a few specific things but everything necessary is there. there is a biweekly cleaning of common spaces and they (+ the technical people) are all nice. pretty cool how you can open doors not only with keys, but also with an app, the only thing is don't lock yourself out of your room in the night (my roommate's story) as it will cost you greatly to handle it outside of working hours.

i specifically love my stay for the people i met here, a few roommates are great friends of mine. it all depends on luck, but i assure you if there are 7 people in the flat, there's gotta be someone you'll vibe with :) having a spacious living room surely helps with socialization. in my flat it's quite common to have a chat when you're cooking at the same time or just chilling on the couch. also a provided TV is cool, as we often watch videos or listen to music together :3

the location is great too (mind you, this is about Balmes specifically). Padua metro station is right outside so you can catch a train even if you run out in 3 minutes (from experience), a bus stop and other lines are also conveniently close. SPAR is right downstairs, but for more affordable shopping Mercadona or Lidl are manageble distance away. i studied in la Salle and i walked there everyday. if you're like me, prepare for a regular training as it's quite a hike uphill, but walking will get you there faster than any other transport.

Very friendly staff to deal with, nice and clean accomodation, any issue I have had has been sorted extremely fast, would highly recommend if studying in Getafe.

la gestión del piso no cumple con lo que nos esperábamos, desde el punto de vista de la manutención del piso frente a problemas ni la gestión de la relación con el cliente

Llevábamos 3 días sin wifi y no ha habido respuesta hasta el tercer día, en el que lo han arreglado

El apartamento es muy bueno desde es diseño hasta el balcón.

I’ve booked a double shared bedroom. After I left they said I broke the fridge’s shelf although I provided proof that I didn’t and also said ive used the second spot in the bedroom without providing proof they took more than 50 euros from my deposit and every time you want to renew your contract you have to pay 370 euros. They said they wouldn’t want to renew with me although I should be the one that wouldn’t want to renew I left my room without a scratch and everything was as the time they gave me the keys. Wouldn’t recommend at all.

Pesimo servicio y mala infrastuctura para lo que es. La unica razon por la cual escogi esta compania fue ya que tenia AC. En ningun momento de mi estadia pude tener aire acondicionado solo hasta al final (maximo 1 mes) de los 9 que me quede. Sinceramente por necesidad entenderia porque te quedarias aqui, pero si tienes la oportunidad busca algo mejor porque a estos no le importa tu bien estar ni tu comodidad, tristemente solo la plata, ya que para resolver no te responden pero si para cobrar te molestan.

Cumplieron con lo que prometieron y siempre estuvieron atentos de cada detalle, sin duda los recomendaría y volvería a repetir experiencia.

Vanguard Student Housing fue una parte valiosa de mi estancia en Barcelona. Fomenta la interacción entre residentes, lo que asegura una integración fácil en el piso. En casos de emergencias, su personal siempre ofrece orientación cuando es necesario.

Experiencia excelente. No tuve ningun inconveniente y cuando necesitaba alguna consulta siempre estuvieron dispuestos a ayudarme. Rente un piso completo y todo fue perfecto.
