Un sac commandé à Noel reçu abîmé, j’ai envoyé des photos, ils m’ont répondu 2 mois après entre temps appelé 3fois. Et là je reçois un mail me disant que ce n’est pas eux que c moi qui l’ai abîmé dont pas d’échange c inacceptable. Je ne recommande pas du tout leur marque.

Commande annulée pour manque de stock, alors que le produit est encore en vente sur le site par contre la CB encaissée...

Le service aux clients n existe pas ! Chaussures de plus de 400 euros défectueuses....Vanessa Bruno, tellement désolée ,me conseille de régler le problème avec un cordonnier de confiance ! ...De qui se moque-t-on ? Après avoir lu l 'avis de Trustpilot, Vanessa Bruno rétorque que le magasin où l achat a été fait a pris connaissance du problème...sans plus ! Preuve supplémentaire, si besoin est, qu il n y a AUCUN service après-vente si ce n est que du bla-bla. D'autres avis sur les forums rejoi gent cette considération lamentable que non seulement la qualité n est pas au rendez-vous ni la responsabilité du service production.. Marque à bannir !

Absolut nicht zu empfehlen! Ich habe vor über einem Monat ein Kleid bestellt, das bisher nicht eingetroffen ist. Stattdessen wurde die Zahlungsfrist lediglich um einen Monat verschoben - statt einfach eine Stornierung durchzuführen oder sich zu entschuldigen. Bin gespannt, wie es weitergeht oder ob Klarna weiterhilft. Hände weg!

The most horrible experience. Bought and paid for three blouses, only two arrived. Sent a message through the Vanessa Bruno site and a nice lady answered immediately with promise to help right away. Then not a word. Have tried for 8 days to get in contact and get a refund for the missing item. Nothing. Do not shop from this website!

Ich wünschte, ich hätte all diese Informationen vor meiner Bestellung gelesen. Vor einigen Wochen bestellte ich ein Kleid und eine Bluse. Die Zahlung wurde sofort abgebucht, doch ich erhielt weder eine Versandbestätigung noch einen voraussichtlichen Liefertermin.

Daraufhin versuchte ich mehrfach, den Kundenservice in Frankreich zu kontaktieren – leider ohne Erfolg. Die Situation entspricht exakt dem, was im Link zu internationalen Bestellungen beschrieben ist: Keine Reaktion, keine Transparenz.

Insgesamt ein enttäuschender Service. Ich werde definitiv nie wieder in diesem Shop bestellen.

Update: Der schlechteste Service aller Zeiten. Vanessa Bruno hat auf Trustpilot sehr schnell geantwortet, mein Fall wurde jedoch nicht gelöst. Das Geld ist weg und die bestellten Artikel habe ich nie erhalten.

Commande effectuée il y a 10 jours, un jour la commande est "en préparation par le mag" et ce durant 3 jours, le 4ème jour elle est "en attente par le mag"!!! ... 10 jours qu'on me mène en bateau (et c'est moi qui dois les joindre au téléphone pour savoir ce qu'il en est) en attendant qu'un revendeur veuille bien répondre que l'article est disponible quelque part. De la part de la marque Vanessa Bruno, c'est vraiment décevant.

I ordered a skirt on the 9th February the payment was directly issued, the status of the purchase had not changed, emailed never heard, calling 2 today I received an email we will look into it. Is 11 days later. No clear answer!!! Previously had a problems with the shipping items. No good at all!!!!

Just received my order from Vanessa Bruno. Everything was spot on, lovely clothes, beautifully packed. DHL delivered on time, and I received regular emails from both Vanessa Bruno and DHL on delivery timings and my change of delivery address. Very pleased customer here :)

Avoid. Acknowledged receipt of return item but won't issue refund.

3 achats. 3 mauvaises expériences niveau qualité. Après un gilet et un pull cachemire boulochés pour lesquels j’ai laissé tomber, j’ai contacté le service clients eu sujet d’un pantalon qui a perdu 4cm après nettoyage à sec professionnel en respectant les instructions de nettoyage à sec figurant sur l’étiquette d’entretien. J’ai demandé cette fois le retour pour vice-caché. Le service clients me répond « La viscose est une matière qui peut se rétracter avec l'eau, mais qui reprend sa forme après un repassage à la vapeur, c'est pour cela que l'entretien préconisé pour ce pantalon est le nettoyage à sec uniquement. » et de bien repasser le pantalon. « Il ne s'agit pas d'un problème de qualité de l'article, mais est lié à l'entretien.«  Très méprisant. Cette marque vend des produits de mauvaise qualité en regard des prix exorbitants pratiqués. Une belle fumisterie.

Ordered a skirt on the VB website the 8th December 2024, informed that delivery would take 3 - 4 days. Now the 17th December and still no sign of this of this skirt. I have contacted DHL who inform me that "only the shipping label has been created", still with VB. I have tried to contact CS at VB (even stayed on the line for 15.22minutes before being cut off by CS themselves). But no luck. I no longer have any confidence in this delivery and wish to cancel - but how when there is totally no customer service. its truly appalling service, the worst I have ever experienced.

really wanted to write a good review as i've followed the brand for a while, though never bought. Sadly it's a fail. purchased a bag, used it the day after delivery, but within 10 minutes of using it, the buckle fell off - one could see it wasn't secured to the leather - ie faulty. I contacted the company in writing 4 times in a matter of 7 days, requesting an exchange (not even a refund) - without any response. So - low quality and no support with faulty items. How can you build a business? Can't last.

Man ärgert sich nur. Habe eine Jeans bestellt, passt nicht, zurückgeschickt. Geld wird nicht zurücküberwiesen, trotz Nachricht zur Rückerstattung. Mehrmalige Aufforderung, der Ankündigung Taten folgen zu lassen. Grottenschlechter Service, NIE WIEDER!

I have sent several emails and opened multiple support tickets, but I’m still waiting for a response. I would greatly appreciate it if customer service could provide an update on when I can expect to receive my refund. Been a month since Vanessa bruno received my order.

Avoid shopping here. Ladies at store were helpful when I wanted to purchase some items.

The next day, I came back to return one dress which was pretty expensive., and was told “NO REFUNDS”!!

Sales lady, who was pleasant but totally unapologetic, said “we don’t have technology to reverse the charge “??😵‍💫😵‍💫

Don’t shop there unless u don’t mind throwing away money and supporting a company that cares nothing about customer service

This company is dreadful to deal with. I have waited 8 weeks for an order and contacted customer service several times.

Vous feriez mieux d investir dans un service client de qualité ! Je n ai jamais vu un tel manque de professionnalisme . J attends toujours ( depuis maintenant presque 2 mois ) que vous daigniez expédier ma commande ou me rembourser !!!

Sto ancora aspettando merce pagata dopo oltre 1 mese, sebbene i tempi indicati fossero 10 giorni lavorativi.
Naturalmente servizio clienti che non risponde a nessuna delle numerose mail per chiedere chiarimenti.
