Ordered side window and fixing kit, quick delivery all fitted well, cheers for the service

Wish I’d read the reviews before buying, seat covers don’t fit sent pics to proof this. Apparently it’s me that’s fit them wrong 😑 the drivers seat cover just simply isn’t big enough. So rides up every time you sit on it. To be honest passenger side is ok. But all in all not a great experience. Misleading delivery 📦 also. My experience hasn’t been good and I’ll buy any further products for me new van elsewhere

I bought a roof bar for my Berlingo on 3rd of September, and until now 8th it hasn’t been dispatched yet.

I order side van windows. For the van on the garage and he noticed one was a side window and one a rear door window.

Now can’t get hold of them. Won’t answer phone or emails. Had to buy another one from garage to do the work.

Waiting refund and collection. Made this is taking so much time up. Why can’t a company like this, Can’t get it right first time. Just causing stress to me.

I ordered van windows kit for my project van just got round to going to fit them and opened the box and packaging one of the windows was shattered and missing the fitting kit to fit these I have contacted the seller is refusing to send me a replacement as it’s been over 30 days I wouldn’t use this seller avoid at all costs

Bought an advertised Mercedes Vito with no issues 22 plate NK22 XUV for £9687.10 with delivery, no delivery when they said, no coms, could never reach them then occasionally get back and fobbed off with excuses like internet and phones were down and they been trying to reach me yet I have no emails or missed calls and they have both including personal phones which were not down then something wrong with it door model a 2 hour job with coding and diagnostic checks, and then a specialist and we will update you no update no contact , back to no coms and still no van two weeks on! I’m Losing business daily so requested a full refund as van is still for sale online with car gurus and their website although I have receipt of purchase.solid you’re looking at the van don’t bother.
And surprise surprise no reply from Mark, Andy or Brad, maybe their fingers are broken? Can’t wait for next excuse.
Quick enough to take your money!
Sending letter of intended court action tonight if no refund in next 7 days.
Do yourself a favour and avoid the stress, stay well clear of this dealer.
Don't lose your hard earned money.
I shall amend this review if service gets better.

Border ford transit rear barn door windows and fitting kit. Package delivered by courier but was 1 of 1 and was only the fitting kit. I have tried to call, phone line does not go through, which reading reviews seems to be common. I jave emailed and left a message on the review and Facebook page awaiting a call frlm someone to talk to. The freight company stated they only recieved 1 of 1.

I would appreciate communication back from the company before I need to pursue a charge back dispute.

Ordered two windows, both delivered 2 days later. Discovered one was damaged on the corner after opening so emails pics as per agreement. Fast reply and replacement window arrived 3 days later. My experience has been nothing but positive with a first rate service by all involved including the courier company. Windows are also great looking items and seem to be first class quality.

The ordering process was simple and efficient, with Katie in Customer Services very professional and helpful in addressing a product query prior to ordering. The roof bars and pipe tube, which were despatched directly from the manufacturer, arrived quickly: top marks to their polite and helpful courier - well done! However, the van racking arrived over two days and which created a great deal of inconvenience insofar as I had to take an additional day of work, whereas collating the order into one combied delivery would have been the rational and logical approach, thus eschewing unnecessary disruption to the customer. To make matters worse, the courier delivered the first batch to the wrong address - fortunately a neighbour's property - so I was able to retrieve, but this second delivery company's courier made no attempt to help me or rectify his mistake, and was surly and uncooperative. Neither was I informed in advance that the delivery was going to be partial. There was damage to the boxes on both of these deliveries (racking) but fortunately not to the contents. Again, Katie was first class in responding to queries about the remaining product's whereabouts. All the products ordered are well made and put together: I'm very pleased. Kudos to Van Demon, who I recommend, but I suggest you utilise a more proficient courier company as they were very poor, hence the reduction to four stars only. Thank you, Harry S.

I have purchased some small items to test, they were OK but before I purchase the windows, I would try some curtains, what a disaster no delivery instructions on order. When arrived it was nicely packed but no fitting instructions , rang the company promised by email still nothing after 3 hours. It took a good 6 minutes before she answered. On investigation this product is available from a different company to the vehicle I have. Go elsewhere the curtains do not have a fire certificate

You can improve by getting your suppier to use a decent Courier.I am now having to source the roof bars somewhere else.Avoid using them they seem to take the side of the courier.

Ordered items and had to get them re-sent because they weren’t delivered. Caused me delays and problems with timings - having ordered because they claimed delivery would be On Monday (ordered Saturday)
They re-sent incorrect items and had to spend further time sorting that out.

I purchased 2 windows for my Vehicle, left and right side. This company made the windows too big and when contacted, via email only (phones are never working), they absolutely refuse to honor or acknowledge their error. They went as far as to site some ridiculous 30 return policy which, is not even feasible if your shipping internationally. They give NO customer satisfaction, or any of your money back as compensation.

This company is an absolute fraud, and I would not recommend anyone doing business with them. Once they have your money, you'd better hope that you get the right item. If I could have rated them @ zero, I would.

I ordered left and right windows for my van.
One oversized window arrived , completely the wrong order but the company took over a week despite daily photos and emails before they asked me to return it.
The phone lines are never working.
The service I received was ridiculous.

We ordered some mats for our new vans and didn't realise that they had two fixing types. Contacted Van Demon explainined the situation Katie promptly replied and sent some conversion clips out to fit.
Excellent service.

Purchased a side window for Renault Trafic after 2weeks the adhesive failed and the window fell Out and smashed

I bought a transit custom from these guys and dealt with Brad the director and Andy Stewart .
I wanted a door swapped which was agreed as they had a spare van on site but months later when we had arranged the work and I drove 2 hours and a day off work there was no door on site !
I was still told I would be reimbursed and yet I have no money or door in my possession.
I would avoid dealing with such a poor outfit .

Beyond terrible service. ordered a roof rack, payment was taken but no order confirmation sent. after chasing confirmation was informed that they had my money but no record of my purchase. after manually supplying the product code I thought we were away, receiving a dispatched email. when the roof rack in question eventually arrived (much longer than advertised delivery time) it was the wrong product. with this I spent 2 days trying to contact van demon via email and phone to no response. when they eventually picked up my email they then asked me to prove that the wrong product had been sent. I sent said proof and van demon still did not admit fault and instead tried gaslighting me into thinking I had ordered the wrong product. I demanded a return and refund as I had since ordered my roof rack from another supplier that delivered it overnight and was great through the whole process. van demon then informed me that I would have to pay for return delivery so they could check over the product before paying a refund. its been over a week since I had courier conformation that my return had been delivered. I am still awaiting my refund and van demon continues to ignore me.
