This was a straight horrible experience. Started with a review on me ordering, since it wasnt a good review I was messed with. Started with me noticing that they shipped the wrong part. So before I even got the part I canceled it. Then it was shipped and the mail lady brought it to me because of damaged box. The shipped me golf balls. With witness from the federal mail lady they filled a claim for me. Then I told them what happened so they didnt even dispute that their was no spark plugs and gave a refund with a restocking fee. So I got 190$ of my 250$ parts cost me 60$ for their incompetence and spitefulness. I wouldnt even give them 1 star, but had to to make people aware. Shop somewhere else, you will thank me later.

It was easy and fast service

The items were shipped quickly. Upon arrival, the do not meet expectations of OEM products. No response from customer service/support after 3 emails.

No customer service number. Update on my order says still waiting product to arrive in NJ and I’m in Colorado. I needed this part on Monday, Tuesday at latest. Very poor service.

A week passed from the time I placed my order, tracking shows my order has yet to be packaged. No communication in regards to delays. When purchasing it said it'd be delivered by now.

Fast delivery and quality parts.

It was an on line order I looked it up and did all the work. Take the 4 for a quick delivery on giving a questionnaire before I even get the part.

Ordered TPMS sensors for 2025 Ford Super Duty which are 433 MHz. Was sent 315 MHz sensors which are not compatible. No response from company on multiple emails/chat bot messages. Phone number called is perpetually busy- off hook or non functional? Basically, company is blowing me off and keeping my money.

I received wrong product. Sent email requesting return procedures no reply yet over a week now.

Parts were as advertised. No gimmicks, no red tape. But should probably find another delivery way. USPS made the delivery box heavily taped together with a form letter inside saying sorry for the inconvenience, but there was an accident with my package and sorry for any damage,luckily none, and I could file a claim if needed. Basically I know that's a get bent. But thank you for the parts

Received fuel filter kit for a 6.7 Powerstroke. The secondary filter had crack in it and leak fuel. Sent an email to Valtrix with zero response. Had to buy another filter now out the price of two kits for one service. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
