Customer Service was easy to reach, and quickly and ACCURATELY addressed all my questions. The app is good reports and filtering. Takes some practice to get exactly what I needed, but Customer Service was quick and easy to work with. Listened, didn't waste my time with marketing (I'm sorry for blah blah) like some companies, simply helped me learn how the software can provide me the exact information I needed.

As a franchisor I'm able to monitor multiple locations volumes and run reports to stay on top of stats. My location platform is also very easy to use. The support staff is always quick to respond when I call in for assistance. Great group of people.

Vagaro is much more than an appointment app
I love that I can do so many things with Vagaro. It is more than an appointment app. Especially when you specialize in more than one service. Creating specialized intake forms is the greatest!!!!
