Vacation Wiser Arvostelua

This company has made planning for my vacation the absolute best. Thank you!!!

Booking through Vacation Wiser the process went smoothly. I set up an account through my employee direct deposit account. My payments came out every two weeks. I paid off my August 2022 vacation in May of 2023 in Full. It has been a nightmare from there getting my refund for what was an overpayment. “Jeff” sent me an email two weeks ago.. today is 9/23/23., telling me to not contact him anymore. “Their” lenders have to release refunds and he would send an email out on 9/18/23 letting me know that the lender said it was okay to send me my refund. I have gone on an a 2nd vacation of July of 2023 and saved on my own to go and it less of a hassle dealing with anyone. My State Employer advertised this company as one that State Employees can use through an employer direct deposit from your paycheck every two weeks. I have definitely let my State employer know to advise other state employees to Be WISE and not use Vacation Wiser! Save up and save yourself the Headaches. They refuse to give you any refunds that are due to you after you pay your account in full in May of 2023! I’ve yet to receive any monies and Jeff wants everyone to go away.

They never pick up the phone. They owe me a $900 refund and have given me excuse after excuse about their Lenders not allowing the money to be release. They are a scam. How do i post their email correspondence regarding the company GM Jeff not having enough money to refund me? The answers they have given me over and over is maybe next week. Maybe 10/9/2023. Pls read google review i was able to share the email on there.

I paid off my first vacation. I set up another vacation and it has been just almost 30 days I have not received my order. I have made 3 direct payroll payments already. I was told my order would be received a few weeks ago.

Everyone was extremely helpful. Jeff worked really hard to have my last name changed with the Airlines and Madeline processed everything very quickly. thank you both.

Wanda

Maddie made everything so simple and easy and answered every question I had.

Everyone was so helpful especially my agent Madeline superb!

Super easy to use and book from start to finish. Worked with a great team and Jeff is always awesome!

This was the most awesome and luxurious vacation ever. TRS Turquesa is an awesome hotel. Awesome and wonderful maid and butler service. Caviar, I am from rural Virginia. That experience was new to me. Clean and spacious rooms! Wonderful restaurants snd live entertainment! Great Experience! Vacationwiser, Madeline, was a wonderful coordinator!! She is well deserving of all accolades!

The thing that's best is they follow-up with us after we leave messages to them. We would like for it to be easier to access vacation wiser on web site. We seem to have to search for it more than I think we should have had to. Thanks

Fast and easy my rep was always in contact and on time

I have never had an experience this great when it came to booking a hotel. Everyone was so professional and polite. I made a lot of changes and not once did anyone get an attitude with me. I would recommend this company to anyone who need to book a vacation. This is my first vacation, and the experience is a 5 star for sure.

Always have great choices. Easy to work with and affordable payments. Will always use them for my vacation needs.

The reps were very kind and attentive. Hoping I enjoy my trip 😃

I like being able to look up the locations and decide where I want to go. The way it was when I went on my first vacation. It was way easier. My agent I have no complaints but I enjoy navigating the different destinations and picking my own package verses the agent sending me potentials.

I have booked three vacations with Vacationwiser. I was skeptical at on the first but my skepticism was quickly erased with how smooth the process has been. I love that I can pay directly through my paycheck.
The reps are always available to answer any questions and accommodations and vacations have been awesome. I am would highly recommend to anyone with limited credit and has a difficult time saving. We all deserve a way to get away !! Go Vacationwiser!!!

Well, I applied months ago but was just approved recently. I had forgotten about it. After that everyone has been helpful in getting me to my destination

I received quick responses for all questions.

Great customer service and a wonderful company to work with
