One of the absolute worst management…

One of the absolute worst management companies I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with and in response to their response I did in fact stay at 3592 Bengal Blvd., Cottonwood Heights, UT in February through airbnb. So that should give you some back story on this review. Our airbnb was disgusting and disappointing. When I called to mediate and let them know they were extremely RUDE and disrespectful. Our issues included dirty sheets in a ball in numerous areas in the house, a disgusting hot tub filled with an alarming amount of trash and hair, beer cans littered around the backyard from the last guests that they blamed us for and asked us to clean up on our first day even staying there. As well as a shower that was absolutely disgusting and kept backing up after being in the shower for two minutes to the point we didn’t even want to shower during our stay. They were unapologetic and unwilling to negóciate or remedy the situation. I would highly recommend NOT booking with them.

DO NOT BOOK YOUR VACATION WITH THEM!

UPDATE 3/15/20 - RESPONDED TO MY REVIEW WITH TOTAL LIE. WE WERE NEVER OFFERED ANY KIND OF CREDIT TO A FUTURE STAY. WE ASKED FOR ONE - BUT WE DENIED. THEY ARE ALSO LIARS. If I could give zero stars I would. Worst company to deal with ever! Do not book your vacation through them. The entire United States of America is facing an unprecedented pandemic right now and they will not refund our rental. We were supposed to fly from Florida to Utah, but we have small children and could not take the risk flying. VRBO HAS CLEARLY STATED ON THEIR WEBSITE THEY ARE ENCOURAGING OWNERS AND PROPERTY MANAGERS TO REFUND CUSTOMERS IN THIS TIME OF UNCERTAINLY AND HAVE REACHED OUT TO MOOSE MANAGEMENT BUT THEY REFUSE TO BUDGE. They were completely unbending to our request to cancel very rude to our inquires. DO NOT WORK WITH MOOSE MANAGEMENT!!!!

We understand this is an evolving and difficult situation on all sides. On our side, we are a small business (not Airbnb or VRBO) and we would have to close our doors if we offered full refunding to every guest outside of our cancellation policy. Cancellation policies are in place to protect all parties. Additionally, travel insurance is offered twice during the booking process and, if accepted, would mitigate travel expense losses. Moose Management is offering to move reservation within this year or offering a 20% discount on a future stay within the next year. We regret this guest did not purchase the travel insurance and was not interested in our mitigation efforts. We wish them all the best in their future travels.
