No Confidence
Tried to rent an apartment from this company for May 2026 , booked it easy enough & all was good just waiting for conformation from the host , emails come through as normal confirming the booking , But No links to pay , Next day another email asking to pay - still no link on the email which is confusing , went on the website which is a nice website I may say , looks the part , but there was nowhere on the website I can log in to see my booking or pay , tried to send them a message through their own contact us link , it bounced straight away with error message , emailed them through the link provided - no correspondence , tried to call - phone cut off instantly , so had no confidence at all in this booking , all I could think off was i am travelling 8hrs on a plane to go to an apartment that i would have paid for but may not exist when i get there , so I cancelled the booking & went to Airbnb .
