V1CE Arvostelua

I spoke with Germine who was really helpful in overcoming some minor technical challenges. I had everything sorted within about 10 minutes. First class service, first class rep!

quick assistance with perfect problem diagnosis and quick solution to resolve the issue by both the guys assisting me. namely;
Arikpo Okanke Ujong,
Germine from tech support.

Extremely swift support from Nelli and then Germine in the V1CE tech team! The reported issue was resolved immediately and my constructive feedback for app improvements was pleasantly escalated to the dev team for action. Thank you for a great product and superb service… :Dan

The communication with Tyler, John, and Germine has been excellent! I have never encountered customer support that is so efficient, incredibly helpful, and respectful.

Thank you.

Very nice design and very good product, this is my third order.

I have ordered a card and that’s it they haven’t sent a card and not even coming back to me when I ask what is actually happening. All I get now is Spam emails from V1CE trying to sell me more products I do not need and are useless without a card. Very disappointed with this company I would advise to avoid and find another company for your digital cards.

I have used V1CE for all of my teams and work, always a professional experience. Thank you again for everyone on the team for your help!

John was great. Very helpful and patient and was quick to resolve my issue.

Germine was response and clarified my questions. Thank you.

Booking a technical advice was super easy to do! John's friendliness and spot-on guidance made the entire process not only efficient but also enjoyable —no question was too much trouble for him. I appreciate the stellar service :)

What a support !

Germine was a great customer service rep.

The phone call I received was very helpful and very kindhearted words made me like a very valued customer

John Rex was my support person and he did a great job clearing up my issues and setting my account and card. I am retiring the end of December 2023 after 507 years in the insurance business, and you e-card is perfect for me to update friends, etc. with my new connection information. Looking forward to using it. Any dry special thanks to John Rex. He is awesome!

I request an overnight service in order to get my card before a big event. Team helped me get my request in and I will get my card in time.

Thanks to Germine

Good info on site and quick customer service response from John

Spoke with Germine on support who was superb - Really helpful and we can now design our own cards ready to send to V1CE. I will post images once purchased :)

John, handled my request on a timely manner and found a solution while I am waiting for the V1CE card to arrive.
