V1CE Arvostelua 

Had this for a few years now. They used to be very good, product was sound although they had to issues with address format which I spent some time assisting one of their designers to correct and he did a good job.

Recently they've changed everything and whilst the interface is better, my card has been downgraded and inserted advertising and they expect me to pay a subscription to remove the ads and unlock what I previously had for free in my initial purchase price, a complete disregard for UK sale of goods laws.

Also, after the software update, the address has reverted to the incorrect style, putting the county immediately after the first line of the address instead of just before the postcode (iOS). Also made the country of residence a mandatory field which looks silly on a professional business card contact info.

Didn't use this card much as it was a bit gimmicky and rarely worked, but with their recent changes and their disregard of what I have already paid for, I can't see that I'll be using this much at all now.

UPDATE:
Following escalation of my complaint V1CE provided me with a free subscription which reinstated my card and account to is original status.

V1CE has always been quick to respond to any issues raised and their CS has always been quite good so I was disappointed with the initial response of trying to force me down a subscription route. But now I'm pleased to say they have not only redeemed themselves but have resolved my complaint regarding subscription and they are happy to work with me to overcome the address issue which I understand affects iOS device address formats. Lets see....

After what started as a difficult experience and lack of support from V1CE advisors for a week on the chat box, I spoke with Sam who solved all issues in the matter of 30 minutes. Sam was extremely helpful and a is a credit to V1CE!

I had a few issues with the transition between platforms, which was proving difficult to resolve. This morning Sam resolved the issues and we're up and running to full capacity again.

One of the most glitchiest apps ever. Always encountered a problem! Most recent one: I requested support early on a Monday as a feature would not work properly, which would affect me collecting customers details at an exhibition. I chased TWICE. Come Friday, still no news so I had to find an alternative for my Sunday exhibition. Would NOT recommend.

I could not switch between different cards to showe diufferent profiles. This was on the web and the app. Fortunately within a few minutes John was able to resolve the issue and I am now good to go. I love your product, have had a card for a long time, and your support now makes me an even bigger fan.

Nellie was awesome. I've been emailing Support for days with minimal direction. Nellie took care of my issues within 10 mins. She's very sweet, personable, and knowledgeable.

I had a deeply disappointing experience with V1CE. I placed an order on December 1st and received no updates. After contacting support on December 4th, I received a design brief email, responded immediately, and then heard nothing back.

It wasn’t until December 19th that I got a design to approve, which I promptly did, but there was still no communication or progress after that. I followed up repeatedly, including on December 23rd, asking for updates, and received no response.

The lack of communication and customer service has been appalling. This experience has been frustrating and time-consuming, and I am now demanding a refund. I cannot recommend V1CE based on this experience.

We've had nothing but positive responses from others when they see the look of the cards and how they work. We recently had a delivery issue and Anna quickly fixed it and made the whole experience hassle free.

I've purchased a card from V1CE and their product works as intended, with simplified analytics and easy ways to set up specific actions when they're in use.

When I ran into issues on the backend, their team are quick to fix the problem and get back to me within the hour.

Anna was extremely helpful and understanding. She listened to my thoughts and together, we had a great result. All customer services should take note of how V1CE do their business. Can't recommend enough if this is the product you need.

I reordered a card and within the hour, I got the proof for print. With 2 changes, the finalized order was ready for further processing that evening (Friday). I did have a couple of questions after placing the order, and Anna was most helpful, courteous, and a problem solver. This is how customer care is done!

I thought I had worn out one of my cards, but after talking to John Rex and walking through installing the software (iPhone), Reset the NFC chip and now I'm free to tap and be tapped!
