is There an actual shipment?
Not really sure how to rate Uutensil.
An order was placed.
Charge went through on my credit card.
Shipping charges were included.
I was not provided with a tracking number or the shipping method.
So really I have just seen a receipt and a credit card charge, which I have already paid to the cc company.
I would have thought asking my opinion would be better served after order delivery was complete.
At this point, I have no idea when product delivery will happen, and given the lack of info provided by Uutencil I have no proof there is an actual shipment.

I bought this as a surprise for my sister, she tells me that it is really good at mashing potatoes,far more comfortable to use and efficient too. When I first ordered it they were out of stock and they immediately offered a full refund. Declined as it was a gift and it was delivered to my sister about ten days later, very good service.
