Item received in due time, as ordered, but performs below expectations, i.e. in wide pans does not cover the whole surface, instead it covers 50-60% of it.

I placed and order and it was simply canceled. I'm not really sure why you are even asking me for a review when I order something, you cancel the order, I ask you to reorder it, then you proceed to do nothing. What would you expect?

P.S. Automatically canceling an order because the item is backordered or the color is not available is not appropriate. If there is a delay in shipping, you should notify the customer, not simply cancel the order and force them to reorder the item.

My daughter loves her new self stirring tool! Best invention ever! Allows her to attend to her two year old son, while still making supper at the same time!! Brilliant!

Not only my product have not arrived, but when I tried to get a tracking number or know more about my delivery, the response I got was "no way to tell when the airmail deliver"

Gavin is the best person ever. He made sure that the package arrived in record time and did everything possible to help me. He was honest and extremely quick at responding to me. Haven’t tried the product out yet but I’m sure from the reviews that it will exceed my expectations!
