One star is too many. Utilogo has a mendacious business model. I thought I was booking a table at my local restaurant, using one of the established online booking services (The Fork, Open Table etc.) I was asked to secure the table by giving my bank card details, which is normal these days.
But alarm bells should have rung when £0.01 was deducted from my account as opposed the normal £0.00. I was wholly unaware I was using this company (which seems to be based in Cyprus). You are asked to click a box saying you have read their T&Cs. I thought I was signing up the the restaurant’s T&Cs. But instead it seems I had signed up to a 3-day “free trial” after which they began charging me €50 per month for services i hadn’t asked for, and certainly didn’t need. There is no e-mail warning you that this “free trial” is about to end and no explicit way of opting in to the contract.
Is it illegal? I’m not qualified to judge. It is certainly dishonest. The T&Cs are hidden from view. There is no transparent way of opting in to their services. They obviously hope you will not notice and therefore not opt out. You have to hope a business which us so underhand with its prospective customers will not survive very long. I certainly hope not. But while they do, beware!

I've been charged monthly for something I did not subscribe. I've noticed now, I was probably hacked some how. I can't unsubscribe from this since I don't have an account. Only through the bank

SCAM - they will sign you up for a monthly subscription without you knowing. I booked a taxi in Sardinia and I've just noticed that they've been taking €49.50 every month since then (last 2 months)

This "company" needs shutting down. No communication, too pricey, not a great product at all. Great at taking money out if yoyr account. But that's it. I'm struggling to unsubscribe which is or should be illegal. Absolutely furious with this site and product. It needs desperately to be investigated for fraud and money laundering

Used Utilogo.com to requests taxi's in Bologna. The rides were fine, but someone has been putting charges on my credit card. The card is now canceled. This seems like a legit company, but someone in their system is scamming customers.

Mia m’a aider à modifier mes dates et horaires, avec un grand sérieux et professionnalisme, très agréable au téléphone. Je la remercie de son investissement.

J'étais un peu ennuyée n'ayant pas de transport pour la gare et j'ai eu la chance de tomber sur ce site et surtout d'être tombée sur Mia qui a réussi à me trouver un taxi.
De plus elle n'a pas hésité à me rappeler pour savoir si j'avais bien eu contact avec le taxi.
J'ai vraiment apprécié son professionnalisme et sa bonne humeur.
