Oplichters
Oplichters, de parkpas nooit ontvangen net zoals mijn vrienden. Je kan ook nergens een telefoonnr vinden en via mail krijg je alleen maar antwoord van een ai computer. Wil je een parkpas online kopen zoek een site die op .gov eindigt!

I think it's a fake company. Never received pass, no customer service, no reply, no resolution.
I think it's a fake company, or they're out of business. I was given a gift card from them. When I click on the link it says 'your gift card is valid, we will send you a new link'. Link never arrives. There's no phone number. I submitted three requests to 'customer service' online over the course of two weeks and never had a reply. It may as well be a fake, phantom re-seller. And now my mom is out $80 on the gift card she bought me.

No resolution to Issue
No phone contact, tried emailing help desk and no resolution to my issue. I paid $80 for a park pass for vacation and received a mirror hanger. I leave for vacation next week and the only thing I received from them is to take a survey on their response. I completed the response and also put in another help desk ticket to see if they can assist with a resolution.
