Very bad service

Absolute nightmare experience. I hired US Freight Master to transport my vehicle, and they completely failed to deliver. Not only did they miss the delivery window, but trying to get a straight answer out of their customer service has been impossible.
Every time I call, I get nothing but excuses, shifted blame, and the classic runaround. Nobody seems to know where my vehicle actually is, and no one will take accountability. If you want your vehicle delivered on time—or at all—and you value honest communication, look elsewhere. Avoid this company at all costs.

They helped get the best deal possible.
Car arrived on time and smooth transportation.
Will recommend and use them again!

It was good and reliable service. Matthew from US Freight Master is very helpful.

I was in a really tight spot and they helped me on short notice.

Great customer support and would recommend using them in the future.

Sam Parker what an outstanding service.
He made sure our expectations were set right! He was very patient and well-versed. Any questions we had were answered and gave us a price we really happy with. Thank you Sam Parker. We wish to have more people like in service

This was my first time shipping my car and Jim helped me a lot with it. He was always available and got my car picked up and delivered on schedule. The price was very nominal. while the other companies were trying to rip me off. Will definitely use these guys again.

Great and reliable shipment. Sam provided the excellent service and communication through the shipment. Highly recommend this again!

I have worked with US Freight Master multiple times, and they are truly one of the best in the business. Every shipment has been handled professionally and efficiently from start to finish. Jake and Anna are both extremely helpful, responsive, and easy to work with. They always keep me updated throughout the process and make sure everything goes smoothly. The service is reliable, communication is excellent, and there are no surprises. I highly recommend US Freight Master to anyone looking for a dependable auto transport company. I will definitely continue to use them again in the future.

Setting up transport was easy and fast . They arrived with car in a matter of days . Thanks again for the quick and reliable service. I would definitely recommend and use this company again

I would like to sincerely commend Matthew Brown for his outstanding service. He was exceptionally helpful, highly professional, and maintained clear and consistent communication throughout the entire process. The vehicle was delivered smoothly and without any issues, which truly reflects his dedication and attention to detail.
Thank you very much for the excellent experience. I look forward to doing business with you again in the future.

You deserve what you get if you deal with this company. They lied 3 times to us about the pickup date and time. We sat around and waited 3 different days waiting for them and they never came. The brokers all have Indian Accents and they will lie cheat and steal their way to a deal then upcharge you in the beginning and i'm sure at the end of the trip. After I told them I wouldnt do business with them due to their blatant lies then they changed agents and he said he would assure me he will not be like her that he was handling things now and he had the call. But when I requested he makes good for 3 days of lies he said he had no call on that. Another lie. They will only lie lie and lie. If you do business with them then you deserve whatever happens. I would run and use someone else.

If I can give a 0 I will. stay away
these people will low ball you on the price and then change it once you give them a deposit.
then they refuse to give you a refund.
This is not how you do business.
beware of Rob Edge.
