Sunny was exceptional in solving the user queries.

Phenomenal experience with the CSM Viren. We recently needed to run an off cycle for one of our employees and he assisted us promptly in getting it processed.

Onboarding has been very simple with multiplier. Viren shared the offer guide for Indonesia making the hiring process smooth

Very Happy with Viren and multiplier

We are greatly satisfied about the professional services and advice we have received from Multiplier and Nayan regarding our employees in various countries.

Kinda took a while to get someone but issue was resolved right away. Thanks Sherwin!

I was hired by my company through Multiplier and so far the service been positive. Our account manager Ashutosh assisted me whenever there were any questions on payroll or payslips. I like the UI of the platform.

Very knowledgeable

Viren has an incredible partner for us. Always available to solve everything quickly.

Viren has been very nice to work with and very prompt with his response. We are happy with him and multiplier

So far quite poor, after quite a quick sales process they took the money and now do not reply to any emails or give me any updates on the process. Im trying to onboard an employee and am now left in limbo for a few weeks. Not a great start.

I had a great experience with Multiplier support. The team was very responsive and handled my request quickly and professionally. I needed an urgent document correction for bank submission, and they ensured everything was updated and delivered on time. Special thanks to Dilnawaj for the prompt assistance and smooth communication throughout the process. Really appreciate the support!

Quick, polite, and helpful!

rohini answered promptly and help me with my concern

Archana our client contact at Multiplier is very supportive and helpful. One negative which relates more to the business model ,is that the window for making payments is very small. We have recently had to pay petty penalties on invoices even though payments were made but did not reflect in the Multiplier account yet.

The online help was extremely fast, efficient, and understood my issues and helped me find the information they needed to look for a solution. Great service from Sunny!
