We have had the WORST EXPERIENCE with this company. Please STAY AWAY! Not sure why they have so many good reviews on this platform. They keep issuing incorrect invoices, and failed to inform us about health insurance and accural cost. We off boarded our team in July, but still have not received our full deposit. They will only multiply your problems and try to scam you.

Absolutely terrible experience with Multiplier. Communication was poor, and some interactions were unnecessarily rude and dismissive. Extremely frustrating, time-consuming and disappointing. I would avoid Multiplier at all costs.

Be-aware, First off the address on their website does not exist!. the address belong to the UPS Store!, I checked myself, it happened that I only live few blocks from this address, everyone is this company is in india, I also checked their LinkedIn Profiles. Payroll is missions critical, please do not give you staff confidential records to a company with shady repetition overseas.

I work for an IT company, and sadly they fall for the fake reviews, and outsourced the payroll to them.

their website is broken, I can not even add my address, for 3 weeks now I am getting emails that they are trying to fix it!.

basic functionality is missing that is required by low in BC, like vacation accrual on the paystub of even on the website, even core functionality like the option to request vacation is missing.

When you contact you only get one answer they working with their team on the fix, and account manager says contacting support is not "helpful" because she is working with her "team" on the fix, which never actually happened even after my company gave her a deadline.

This company charges a yearly subscription fee and hold payment to employee and closes dialogue.

This company has been an absolute nightmare to deal with. We initially worked with them as an EOR provider, but after taking our payment, they made serious mistakes in the contract, some of which honestly felt intentional.

It took over three months to try to get everything finalized, and we continued encountering issues throughout the entire process. When we eventually requested a refund, they refused to provide one. Now, they have been completely unresponsive and essentially disappeared for over a month.

Overall, it has been one of the worst experiences we’ve ever had with a service provider.

Trash fake company stay away from them if you don’t want to get scammed

Viren is prompt and proper. No complaints so far very happy

The Multiplier interface is easy to use, and Multiplier is present in multiple countries. Well suited if you have a team spread out in multiple regions.

Despite the various challenges we sometimes face with billing, systems, corrections, implementations, or process-related topics, I honestly never feel left alone with an issue.
