A Shuttle bus ride from the airport. Sporadic lifts with lots of waiting
Expensive excess car insurance on top of one Easyjet sold us, you need to get a shuttle to the hire car office. On the way back we had to wait for half an hour to get on the shuttle back to the airport, after being refused access to the first two. Not worth the stress

Vastaus yritykseltä U-Save Car & Truck Rental - U-Save Palermo Airport
Thank you for describing your experience at Palermo Airport. You found the additional excess insurance expensive and the shuttle arrangement stressful, particularly the wait and being unable to board the first two shuttles. We understand why that affected the rental. If you would like our customer services team to examine the insurance information or shuttle service for your hire, please email ics@cs.usave.com.

Una sola pecca!
Personale gentile e accurato; procedure di consegna e ritiro auto rapide. Unica pecca: distante dall'aereoporto

Vastaus yritykseltä U-Save Car & Truck Rental - U-Save Palermo Airport

Servizio impeccable
Servizio impeccable: consegna e restituzione immediata dell'auto in aeroporto. Grazie

Experience was ok
Experience was ok. It was a bit fiddly picking up the car and the transfer to and from the hire place was a bit long. Aygo X was not very nice to drive - manual would have been much better the auto box was horrible - my car at home is auto but this Aygo auto was very weird to drive! Is it a CVT or something?
Staff all friendly and knew what they were doing.

Thank you for your balanced review. We are pleased the staff in Palermo were friendly and knowledgeable. We also hear that collecting the car and the transfers took too long, and that the Aygo X automatic was uncomfortable for you to drive. We appreciate those specific points and will share them with the local team.
