U-Save operates a car rental desk just outside Bergamo-Orio al Serio International Airport (BGY), serving travellers arriving into Bergamo. From the terminal, exit through Exit No. 1, turn left after the sliding doors and follow the sidewalk, then continue along the small asphalt road for around 400 metres. At the end of the road, near a yellow cylindrical bollard, turn right and use the pedestrian crossing to reach Parking P1 EST, which is the meeting point for external parking shuttle buses. Call the branch to request the U-Save shuttle, which collects customers from this point. Desk opening hours (local time): every day 08:00–22:00, including public holidays.

We had an absolutely dreadful experience with USAVE. Just two hours into our journey to the Dolomites, the car they provided us with suffered a serious issue, and the tyre came completely off. The car had to be towed away to a garage for repairs, where we were told that a replacement tyre had to be purchased directly from Toyota.
We were three girls left stranded with absolutely no support or assistance from USAVE. When we requested an alternative vehicle, they repeatedly told us that we had to return to Bergamo Airport, otherwise there was nothing they could do to help us. This was completely unreasonable, especially given our situation. They even ignored our WhatsApp calls and messages, showing absolutely no concern for what we were going through.
There was no apology, no remorse and absolutely no offer of compensation. We were left to arrange and pay for our own transport to the Dolomites, with not a penny of this covered by the company. In the end, we had no choice but to book another rental car through SIXT just to continue our holiday.
To make matters even worse, USAVE refused to refund our money and charged us approximately £300 for a service we barely even got to use.
This has been one of the worst customer service experiences we have ever had. A rental company should take responsibility when the vehicle they provide breaks down, especially when customers are left stranded in a foreign country.
Save yourself the stress, money and disappointment. DO NOT USE USAVE!

Pointless premium insurance
We paid for premium insurance and after a misfuelling issue we were told we could claim against the insurance. However, when we tried to find out the insurance details we were met with a brick wall and absolutely no assistance at all. Emails were unanswered and the original hire documents were vague and did not provide contact details of the insurer or a claims process. This means we have now been left with a massive bill which we should have been insured against. Will NEVER use this company again due to the absolute lack of any kind of customer care despite our best efforts to work with them to a successful outcome. Do not use this company.

Catastrophique! Des voleurs!
Mon vol a eu du retard et j’ai donc atterri à Bergame juste après 22h00. Aucune réponse au téléphone et donc je me retrouve sans voiture pour rejoindre Milan. Le lendemain je sonne à la première heure on me répond en me disant juste qu on me re sonne 10 minutes plus tard. 20 minutes plus tard je re sonne moi -même et on me dit juste d’écrire par WhatsApp! Je le fais et on me répond simplement qu’on ne peut rien pour moi la location est annulée je ne peux plus récupérer de voiture et je ne serai pas remboursé! Une honte absolue à fuir absolument!

Paguei duas vezes e nao fui reembolsado.
Paguei quando fiz a reserva, quando cheguei para retirar o carro, fui cobrado novamente, senão nao poderia retirar o carro. Depois de terminada a locação tentei resolver, porém não consegui.

Chiarezza inesistente
La vettura per la quale ho pagato non mi è stata consegnata dicendomi che non ero in possesso di alcun biglietto aereo.
Ho prenotato usando la piattaforma do you italy, ma in fase di prenotazione non viene specificato che bisogna essere in possesso di una carta d’imbarco se non dopo aver effettuato il pagamento che non è rimborsabile. Una vera e propria modalità scorretta ed ingannevole! Mai più! Ci ho rimesso €315,00!
