Thank you for reaching out. I took a look at your order, and it appears it was shipped to Canada. At the time your order was placed, we did offer international shipping.

Please be aware that any customs duties, taxes, or other cross-border fees are levied directly by the destination country, in this case, Canada; and are not charged or collected by us. These fees are determined by Canadian customs and are the responsibility of the recipient. Unfortunately, we have no control over the amount charged or whether these fees are applied to an order.

We sincerely apologize for the unexpected cost and any confusion it may have caused. We understand that additional charges are never a pleasant surprise.

To help prevent these unexpected costs for our customers, we have since discontinued international shipping and now only ship within the United States. Orders shipped within the U.S. will not be subject to these international customs charges.

All the kits I ordered came in great…

All the kits I ordered came in great condition. It was even raining when the package got delivered and when I brought the package inside, everything was in good condition. I will order more when I am able too.

Great website will use again!

Saw a model in a store, didn’t like the price, so I checked USAGS instead. It was nearly 25 dollars cheaper! Model arrived quickly and was undamaged due to great shipping materials.
