Great monitors at an affordable price.

I needed my monitor replaced, I contacted KTC support and they were clear quick and incredible to deal with. I've never experienced anything remotely close to how good it was. I'm even happier now that I made a purchase with this company. The prices are very competitive and with this support I don't think you can find any other company that comes close. I was worried reading certain reviews on Amazon stating that getting a replacement was a nightmare. This was not the case in the slightest at least for myself.

This M27P6 monitor has it all: Fast IPS, Mini-LED, Dual Mode UHD-160Hz / FHD-320Hz, HDR 1400, Loads of Interface Ports, Adjustable Height, Tilt & Swivel, and Sleek Good Looks. Plays Counter-Strike 2 at full resolution and 144Hz like a champ. KTC is now my go-to brand for both performance and value.

I’ve been using this monitor for a few weeks, and overall I’m very satisfied. The display is clear, the colors look accurate, and it works well for both work and watching videos.

This has been one of the worst online purchasing experiences I’ve had.

I paid the full amount for a MegaPad. The seller selected FedEx for delivery. FedEx marked it as delivered, but the delivery photo shows a completely different location that I do not recognize. The package was clearly misdelivered.

Instead of helping resolve the issue, the seller repeatedly insisted that once the item was shipped, it was no longer their responsibility. They refused to contact FedEx, refused to initiate a claim, and offered no meaningful assistance.

When a customer pays for an expensive product, the seller’s responsibility does not simply end the moment a tracking number is generated and customer money has been taken. Shifting all responsibility to the shipping carrier and leaving the customer with no product and no support is unacceptable.

If you are considering purchasing high-value items from this seller, understand that if anything goes wrong during shipping, you may be left entirely on your own. Better to avoid this seller at all costs!

Updates:
The seller filed a ticket with FedEx only 6 days after the parcel been marked as delivered, not “immediately” at all. Instead, they immediately told me it is not their responsibility and I should contact local authorities. I spent couple of days knocking every neighbor’s door and finally managed to find the MegaPad in a house located a few blocks away from mine. Fortunately my neighbor does not plan to keep it to himself. However this is risky situation and unpleasant experience with no help from seller at all.

Pros - great 4k monitor with dual mode. Mini led which you don't have to worry about burn in. Reasonable price with all the features compared to other competitions. Customer service was also quick and helpful.
Cons - (personally) the control joystick is placed in a odd location on the back of the monitor.

I had an issue with a second-hand KTC monitor that stopped working, and even though I was not the original buyer, the support team agreed to make a one-time exception for me under warranty.
They guided me clearly through the process, provided a prepaid return label, and kept me informed at each step.

After they received my defective monitor, they quickly arranged a replacement with an alternative model, which I’ve now received and which works perfectly.
The communication was always polite, professional, and solution‑oriented.

Overall, I’m very satisfied with the way KTC handled my case and I really appreciate their flexibility and customer focus.
I can confidently recommend their products and after‑sales service.

I purchased a $600 item from KTC on January 19 2026 to be delivered by January 26-29. Snowstorm hits on the 26th so I figured their might be a delay in delivery. I tracked the package everyday, checking my emails calling the seller and post office to see why my package is in California. The 29th comes and the tracking shows it moving closer to me about 15 minutes away at a distribution center now February 2nd it says the package is still there, but I get a Usps notice in the mail on the 29th saying its at my post office awaiting pickup. I go there they say nope not here its still in California. I call they say it's at the distribution center. Countless phone call. I call Consumer Affairs and they say this company has a lot of same packages waiting in the California postal office or distribution center not sure which, waiting for the sender to pick them up. The agent from Consumer Affairs said he thinks its sketchy. Mind you I've been in contact with the seller the entire time.. again countless messages. He says it should have never been sent by Usps he doesn't know how they got a hold of it. 🫩 He says the company changed their shipping to FedEx blah blah blah. Read their reviews KTC is nasty to their consumers they dont respond reasonably they dont honor their warranties look on Amazon under their products and you will see if yourself. Now they are telling me I have to apply for a refund which in itself takes 10 or more days because the package has to be considered lost. So now a purchase that was made on January 19 turns into the middle of February 🙄. Ktc do better. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bereau and posting my experience on my platform, my husband's platform and anywhere else I see fit. If you do purchase from them and you see its being shipped USPS just know you are not going to receive that package because the lithium in the battery is too high.

Don't use FedEx again. Ive still yet to receive my monitors. Have been looking forward to using them but it's been over a week and still no update.
Edited since ive received my two monitors from KTC. They are absolutely fantastic monitors. Games look great and the curved monitor is truly submersive.

I just got my 27”Magpad recently and I am so happy that I finally have my portable (moving tv)!!! Now I can watch tv when I am cooking and having meal on dining table. This is a great purchase I have made and definitely recommend it to everyone!!!!! Great product, good quality, best value!!!!
