Colour Issues on Both Monitors & No Customer Support.
I purchased two Gawfolke 32-inch 4K PC monitors from the Gawfolke Amazon store in November 2025. For the first few months, both monitors worked very well and I was happy with the purchase.
However, a few months later, both screens suddenly developed an issue: the colours changed to a dull, cloudy, washed-out appearance. This happened on both monitors at the same time.
I tried all standard troubleshooting steps:
- Updated graphics drivers
- Power-cycled the monitors and HDMI connections
- Checked and reset Windows display settings
- Adjusted colour and display settings using the monitor’s physical buttons.
- Reset and adjusted the monitors’ own on-screen hardware settings
None of these steps resolved the issue.
I contacted Amazon to ask about a refund or solution and was instead given a phone number for a different company. I then attempted to contact Gawfolke directly for support, but customer service emails repeatedly bounced back, making it impossible to get assistance.
At this point, I still have two monitors with persistent colour problems and no way to reach customer support. The monitors worked well initially, but the sudden degradation and lack of after-sales support have been very disappointing.
That's another 560 dollars I'll never see again.
